Uninstalling the app for good.
Foodpanda Malaysia service has gone from bad to worse.

- Not user friendly app.
- No way for customer to lodge report to them when order was made and paid for but their system did not send order to the restaurants.

I am very disappointed to say....your service is very very bad to customers. My daughter was ordered.
There is reason for me to say such words.
How come i-payment via fpx was successful......foodpanda did not do validation to restaurant. Payment was deducted and we went to pick up. There is no order reach to restaurant.
Why such service to us.. What and why is wrong doing to customers.
I feel bad....every procedures by your own SOP and rules & regulations.

Foodpanda has terrible customer service policies. I ordered food a short while ago, but without any notification, it kept adding 15-25 mins to the order. I couldn't wait as I'd not eaten all day and I asked Foodpanda to cancel the order and to give me a refund so that I could make another order. The customer service chat told me that my food would arrive at almost 7pm, which would've been an hour later in total. When I asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund made, they told me it wasn't possible. I insisted. Finally, after causing me a lot of irritation, they said they would make the refund. It is ludicrous that it wasn't possible in the first place. The deal is simple: we honour our end and they need to honour theirs. As customers, there is very little bargaining power, once an order is made. It cannot be that complaints are dismissed or that refunds aren't made! How do you improve standards on the part of the vendors if there are no consequences? Why are the customers bearing the brunt? It is also particularly unhelpful to have your customer service agents talk about being heartbroken that they cannot assist. There is nothing more annoying at the point when all we want is a simple refund and all Foodpanda does is speak nonsense. It's just insincere and unhelpful. I don't plan to use Foodpanda again - even if it means my food delivery options are reduced considerably. I'm disgusted by the way in which they have handled such a simple matter. There is no regard for the customer.

Wth. Put contact number but when call it says pls reach out via live chat then call ended. Might as well don t put number la.. nonsense. For urgent issue your live chat actually not really live chat. Huh

Worst experience ever. Food took 2hrs++ and there is no support / live chat to help resolve this.

Apps is super duper unfriendly and useless feature.
To those who want to use food delivery, use Grab food or any other platform which provide way better customer support on this.

1 star is the minimum i can give, else I will give it a negative star!

Bad app, they simply cancel the order after making bank transaction. Upon checking with chat service, i have to wait 14 days for getting refund. It is glitch from their system. Why should i wait for 14 days for my money refund. Terrible service. The menu pricing is also different from the restaurant price. Disappointed.

Lousy Foodpanda. I ordered & paid for 2 Black Whal...

Lousy Foodpanda. I ordered & paid for 2 Black Whale drinks for self pickup in 10 minutes from Plaza Arkadia. Went there but the staff told us to wait as they have yet to receive the order. Waited & waited for about 30 minutes still nothing. I asked for the PIC/Manager's contact & was given a card. I called the person up, he said nothing could be done. He also told me that this is happening very often even to other outlets. He told me not to order "Pick-Up " from foodpanda. His advise is for me to order from Grab.

Foodpanda either give me a FULL REFUND or give me the drinks I ordered for.

Times are hard, MONEY are hard earned.

This has happened several times. After placing the order, i need to wait for that order from one hour to one and a half hours. Ask the customer service and they said that they couldn't deal with the problems because there were not enough riders. Since it has happened several times, why not deal with it? The so-called fast delivery is still takes 1.5 to 2 hours to wait?

Well, Im gonna be fair and say food panda has a fair share of good service, BUT they have the worst customer service group when it comes to report on bad service. SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY HELP REQUEST ON THE APP, I came here to share my bad experience here. I rarely complaint but when your food came in a bad condition, no one would be happy with that.

In my case, I ordered porridge because I was having a stomachache and guess what, half of the porridge was spilled. And since the porridge was stacked on top of another order which was nasi lemak, and all the packaging was in paper box, then the nasi lemak had turned to a bubur lemak, it looked so sad and pathetic, I dare people to eat that. I immediately sent pictures of everything, it has been two days but no one, literally no one responded to it. Dont get me started on the unsafe packaging and how it could carry health and hygiene risks.

Not to mention food panda refused to have call center for their service, and they only have chat for it. I wasn't a fan of grabfood before because it is obviously more expensive, but Im slowly turning to it now and order more on grab than food panda, I seriously dont mind paying more as long as it is reflected in the service provided.

Anyway after reading all these bad reviews, I am gonna delete food panda apps and just go with grabfood, apparently I am not the only one, they been doing this to a lot of people. This company doesnt care about their customers cuz they know a lot of people depend on them. I will be affected too if I stop using it, but guess what this is my last straw and I am done with this company, hello to healthier homecook meals and better service from grabfood. Also gonna place a official report about a bad packaging exposing health and hygiene risk too especially on this covid season.

I don't usually post comments on anywhere in Google but this unfortunately has to be mentioned for the sake of awareness. On January 31st, I placed an order from KFC Puchong Prima via foodpanda. When I took delivery of the food, it appeared that the usual sticker had been compromised.

Never mind that they got my order wrong (H&S instead of Original), it looked like someone had 'touched' the drumstick. Naturally I had to dispose them for safety reasons and filed a complaint to foodpanda.

Foodpanda replied of course via mail with their usual nonchalant reply taken from their template, offering 'apologies' with EITHER a full refund or a measly RM4 food voucher, despite me asking them to call me directly on this.

Didn't think at all it would happened to me but it did.
