Well, Im gonna be fair and say food panda has a fair share of good service, BUT they have the worst customer service group when it comes to report on bad service. SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY HELP REQUEST ON THE APP, I came here to share my bad experience here. I rarely complaint but when your food came in a bad condition, no one would be happy with that.
In my case, I ordered porridge because I was having a stomachache and guess what, half of the porridge was spilled. And since the porridge was stacked on top of another order which was nasi lemak, and all the packaging was in paper box, then the nasi lemak had turned to a bubur lemak, it looked so sad and pathetic, I dare people to eat that. I immediately sent pictures of everything, it has been two days but no one, literally no one responded to it. Dont get me started on the unsafe packaging and how it could carry health and hygiene risks.
Not to mention food panda refused to have call center for their service, and they only have chat for it. I wasn't a fan of grabfood before because it is obviously more expensive, but Im slowly turning to it now and order more on grab than food panda, I seriously dont mind paying more as long as it is reflected in the service provided.
Anyway after reading all these bad reviews, I am gonna delete food panda apps and just go with grabfood, apparently I am not the only one, they been doing this to a lot of people. This company doesnt care about their customers cuz they know a lot of people depend on them. I will be affected too if I stop using it, but guess what this is my last straw and I am done with this company, hello to healthier homecook meals and better service from grabfood. Also gonna place a official report about a bad packaging exposing health and hygiene risk too especially on this covid season.
Im done with this app.
