Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is amazing.
Friendly front desk, clean rooms. A little far from downtown - 20-25 minutes walk or metro which is 5 minutes away. Good WiFi
Good location. Modern very clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast.
A nice well designed hotel with super helpful staff. Not in the thick of things but very convenient if you're used to the Lisbon Metro system. Walking distance from Marques de Pombal, the heart of the city, and a short metro/bus/taxi/ Uber ride to the best of Lisbon
Very modern but not my style.
There is little light everywhere in the hotel.
I did not like.
Clean hotel with a very helpful and kind staff. Didn t love the ambiance, decor, or rooms. It was really dark with all the black walls. We stayed here twice and one of the times we had a see through wall in our shower. A bit odd but maybe it was the honeymoon suite or something, haha.
Excellent hotel. The whole thing about the black decoration is, honestly, not a concern - seems a bit too picky for me to pay attention to that. Staff is super helpful. Bar food is great though expensive (hotel prices, normal). Rooms are amazing, clean, spacious. Awesome bathtub. Can't complain at all.
Hmmmm. That is difficult to write. One way great staff, yammy breakfast but other way dark, strange rooms with black decorations. I felt like underground. Brrrr
If you stay for 1-2 nights only they will give you the "Cheap" & "worn out" rooms from 2nd floor....
Typically Double tree with nice breakfast buffe. Small gym but prefer to run outdoor instead. Showed fotball on the screen in the bar when I asked for it in the evening.
Great service from the friendly staff. Would rate 5 star on service. The property and amenities, though not 5-star, are also perfectly good and makes for a pleasant stay.
Good option for the area. Some rooms quite small, but newer rooms in wing towards the park are better. Too much air freshener used in hallways for my taste.
Good experience .. very dedicated and attentive staff..recommend
Staff: top of the line. Super friendly, and professional. I could give a 6-star review just based on the employees there (all of them).
Restaurant: Excellent food and service.
Facilities: rooms were nice and clean. I'm not a huge fan of the amount of black paint used throughout the building but no biggie. Bar, lounge, restaurant, etc were all nicely maintained.
This place made our stay in Lisbon a great experience. I can't say enough about its staff. During breakfast one morning, they even had a gentleman playing guitar which was a nice touch.
bathroom walls were glass, one had a window onto the bedroom area, and vice versa. Anyone taking a shower, using the WC, or even brushing teeth was clearly visible. No ventilation in bathroon, bathtub did not drain. Light from the bathroom ceiling shows in the eyes of sleepers in bed. No hooks or stool in bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean, the location interesting,
Cheap and modern hotel. Metro station within walking distance. Breakfast buffet rich. The only downside: the room doors so loud in the castle, that you inevitably get or awake when the neighbor enters the room.
Tres chic. Top service. Exceptional decor. Welcoming staff. Opened and closed this years trip to Europe staying here. Planning the same for next year!
Very modern, but too dark. Elevators were very lacking
Very happy with the hospitality, attention and kindness of the service. 100% recommendable
Very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the awkward shower in our room. I would definitely stay here again but would like to see about other rooms w a different shower/bath setup.
Professional welcome, pleasant atmosphere in a very design decor
Don't stay here, got our money stolen and was molested by the room service guy.
Manager covered up things, didn't do anything at all!
Don't recommend this hotel
I stayed 4 night and it seemed they never vacuum during the stay.
Modern hotel, well located, very friendly employees, very nice breakfast room ... we were really comfortable.
One of the nicer Doubletree's we've stayed in. Super helpful front desk staff. Nice bar and restaurant. The food was excellent and local. The breakfast was typical of Hilton and ample. Be sure to get a room off the street. Street noise is loud and constant. We were in the new section and the rooms were modern and quite nice.
The only Hilton property in Lisbon. Slightly less impressed in this second stay after my previous stay where there were much better recognition of elite members. Rooms were clean however already showing some wear and tear after less than 5 years (to my knowledge). Some staff are friendlier and others are just average. Breakfast offerings was good with good quality and quite unique to have an artist singing during breakfast hour ( not sure if this is the norm or just because it was the holiday season). Will return if price remains reasonable. About 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station with direct metro to the airport.
My experience was pretty good. The only thing I could complain about was hearing someone coughing in the room next to me (thin walls?). Otherwise service was on point, there's free wifi if you're a silver hhonors member, and the breakfast is solid.
Overall good hotel; with a 20 minute walk you reach the main sites to visit. Good breakfast. Superior room on the 5th floor very spacious, but noisy, also shower / tub uncomfortable as you are likely to attach everything. Convenient parking at 15 per day.
Acceptable room. Breakfast is complete and sometimes there is a musician playing. The bed is good and there are two models of pillows (some more hard and elongated and others more squishy and square).
Very disappointed. We complained about the lack of intimacy due to the windows view on the first floor and the room that was entitled to us on the next day to compensate was a real downgrade. The rooms are quite small and so simple. We were expecting a little bit more from what we know from previous experiences with the brand.
The hotel is clean though.
Ok hotel, but not great. Very small rooms, hotel is very dark. Too many mirrors in room and bathroom. Screen in room makes noise when it is a bit windy. There are better hotels in Lisbon in this price range
Comfortable bed, shower drain was slow, i was told i am getting the executive room, it was much smaller than expected.
I expected better .. It does not live up to the expectations I took ..
Hilton standard hotel, the building is a former factory, refurbished by an excellent design, has turned into a beautiful, welcoming, advising, quiet hotel. The staff is EXTREMELY attentive. Great location.
Minimalist decoration. The rooms are not very big but are quite nice. Very well located. Breakfast could be better.
Not my kind of place. Zero privacy in the toilet, seems like a nightclub rather than a hotel, super smelly and very dark.
Nice Hilton property very well lose to City Center where the bus hop-on hop-off bus tour originate.
Spacious lobby, friendly staff and a comfortable and spacious room
Full and quality breakfast
A hotel with modern design (not recommended if you do not like the color black). Very comfortable and functional, good service. Breakfasts with a lot to choose from, comfortable beds with two pillows for each person (much appreciated). Bathrooms with a bath and shower in one can be difficult for people with mobility problems. It is not in the center of the city, but it is very well connected (metro, buses)
