Staff: top of the line. Super friendly, and professional. I could give a 6-star review just based on the employees there (all of them).
Restaurant: Excellent food and service.
Facilities: rooms were nice and clean. I'm not a huge fan of the amount of black paint used throughout the building but no biggie. Bar, lounge, restaurant, etc were all nicely maintained.

This place made our stay in Lisbon a great experience. I can't say enough about its staff. During breakfast one morning, they even had a gentleman playing guitar which was a nice touch.
