Clean room, nice cafe till midnight, nice breakfast

A good comfortable and quiet hotel in the city center

Good standard of the hotel. Nice breakfasts. It could be cleaned up a little better.

The check-in-check-out process was easy, fast and accurate.
The breakfast menu is varied and fresh. If staying for a long term, the clue is 37%, the menu will change the next day.
The rooms are quite spacious, clean, towels are replaced every day, some finishing material for furniture should be refreshed with better materials (wooden sink, cupboard, table). Hot water is available ... just feels a little slippery on the body, maybe the hardness level needs to be adjusted to make it more comfortable on the body.
The extra bed provided the first 2 days is a bit hard. Spring feels prominent and makes body aches. But then it was replaced with a better one after this complaint was submitted to management.
The staff in general are very helpful, friendly and always greet, from the front to the back staff.
Although not too big, the swimming pool is ok, clean, kids friendly and the surrounding gardens are well cared for.
I often pass by but haven't tried Sunny 16 cafe yet ... at first glance the place is quite comfortable.
Best value for money ..

parking to the basement could not be sedan I stared unable to enter, parking in the lobby was expelled because the hotel wanted to shoot the security word. very disappointing

The hotel is good .. but one elevator in which the face alone, and the hotel is very large Shi strange Tnghebr you walk a lot if you dwell in the other side .. Sometimes he graduated from the stench of foul .. Ground floor Alamuea where mucilage Mani Arif Ashe ..

The bathroom smelled like a public toilet, more specifically the showers. Maybe not enough ventilation. The sheets were dirty, had to request for it to be changed after we checked in. The leather sofa was ripped and dirty. The windows were dirty and no privacy curtain. Just one to block out the light. We expected more from a 4 star establishment and the price we paid.

Rooms ok and at the end of a good review. If I did not bite mosquito on the first day of stay in this room would be quite ok. I have a comparison to Ibisa and honestly, although Ibis has 3 stars I would choose Ibis generally take care of cleanliness they watch every 10/15 minutes to swim in the pool. I am dissapointed with this hotel breakfasts also lay more in the Ibis than in Fontana. On the last day we bought a cake to make a mini farewell party, we bought Alcohol, Shishe at the hotel bar and we were denied the last day with our own cake which was the size of a small plate. At the Ibis no-one reprimanded us as we ate our food brought from the store. Service approached and even asked if we do not want a drink to be able to drink what we eat. I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

Clean and spacious room, reasonable price, nice staff, strategic location near many shop and restaurants

Staff are great. Shuttle service to beach is provided. No bugs in the rooms. They really take pride in their hospitality.

Me and the children really enjoyed the comfort that is in the fontana hotel, we love to be there for 5 days, the breakfast varies, the rooms are clean, only personal service is less attention (borrow an iron but never provided, only promised) maybe in the future more attention , thank you

Excellent, Tidy & Modern Hotel, all facilities is 90% complete, Room, Dining Restaurant, Spa, Gym, parking area is very clean.
The location is also strategic, near the shopping center for Balinese souvenirs,
Public & Online Transport is easy to get & reach because the access route is asphalted,
Petrol station (Pom), ATM and Banking ,, Minimarket also local warung is easy to get here with many variousy, you know,
Airport Bali & Kuta Beach are also not too far away,

Me and my partner both are very disappointed with the service quality. We have been staying in Fontana hotel couple year ago and we loved it. This time we are not impressed at all:

We requested late check out what was refused as it was said not free rooms. Then my partner checked booking and found there are rooms. Than history changed ... we were told we have to book full 24 hours for staying extra 5 !! Not impressed with 4 star hotel how they treat the guests. Not the people working at the reception fault ... but someone higher...
It s funny as my partner works for one of the biggest travel agencies in the world and he is now angry that he recommended this hotel to people ... we deffinitely won t stay ever again...

Nice hotel, price is reasonable, room is comfortable with big bathroom. The swimming pool also long enough for swimming. There is also a popular cafe within the hotel open to the public. They sometimes have live music at night in the lobby. Location also good with many food around.

Nice hotel. Nice place. Really like the small swimpool but very comfortable and beautiful for the location of the hotel which has lots of trees.
Friendly staff ... perfect for a vacation

It was such an amazing stay ..Visited Bali with my 2 boys 20 and 10 from South Africa on the 16th - 26th January 2020..it was more of an Eat love & Pray thing for me and the most incredible time of my life ..The Hotel staff at Fontana were amazing,the service,food and ambiance was awesome.Yuni who was at front reception was so amazing ,helpful and just such a great host..We will come back n definitely a few nights at Fontana.

Try their coffee shop, open 24hrs. Good coffee n snacks, not so good on their cakes tho

Rooms are brilliant ... plus a 24-hour cafe sunny 16 ... so definitely okay have dech ...

It's nice but moved to our own villa for some privacy.

Comfort hotel to stay and close to many angkringan stall.

The hotel property is very good and well maintained, the staff is efficient and polite, good service bar Happy Hour, alone improve European breakfast for guests. Very good, instead, the freshly prepared eggs.

Nice, beautiful property, nice swimming pool, great restaurant, bar and spa but poor maintenance, bath towel are old and stained, room and corridor wall is dirty need re-paint more often, I got room with missing curtains.

Very good staff, polite and helpful. I've been stay in this hotel 2nd times and this hotel still looks good and clean.

The place is in an American classic style, the rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the food in the restaurant is good and varied, the pool is not too spacious but clean, the rooms are comfortable, and many photo spot spots

The hotel its cozy also closed if want to culinary near also to other place to be addressed .

Spacious room, quiet, so peaceful.. I love the pool, salad and the cocktails. Sure, I'll be back here again when visit Bali. the staffs are really helpful, thou you can feel what's called hospitality.. SuperB!!

For the price, don t expect too much. There s only very limited choices for breakfast. If you want to order eggs, be prepared to wait for 10 mins and you won t get full here. If you are a coffee lover, probably have to get coffee somewhere else. Maintenance guys were drilling at 9am without any notification. Pool was closed for the entire stay without informing us either. However, room is spacious and clean ish because there are cockroaches in the door cracks.

It's the first time here but don't like it ... The rooms are clean, spacious, but the pool is short and rather dirty. the fridge in the room was not cold, but immediately the receptionist responded immediately. The breakfast is a western menu, not too many menus but it's pretty good ...

Friendly and pleasant

This is the first time in Bali so everything was new to us. Arriving at the airport we were picked up by the shuttle from the hotel Fontana which is located outside the center of Kuta. It was immediately a very warm welcome with very good English-speaking reception staff. We used the hotel as a base for our trips to the various sights of Bali. Every day a very extensive breakfast for everyone. A shuttle goes to the beach of Kuta and the other day to Seminyak. Room very modern with all the trimmings, very punctual and neatly arranged. It is striking that the entire staff at the Fontana hotel is so friendly and helpful. Can't say anything else that this hotel is highly recommended for anyone coming to Bali. You just have to experience how friendly the residents of Bali are. We will definitely return to this Fontana hotel. Sincerely,
