I was followed during 2 exams which went well. The whole team was professional and very kind.

I am really very satisfied with my experience at the St Jean de Dieu clinic. from reception to exit. The surgeon, Mr. Girard and the anesthesiologist, Mr. Davy, were perfect despite my great fear. They totally supported me. As of my arrival and even after the intervention. They both (as well as the nurses who supported them) showed patience, kindness, empathy and above all professionalism. I thank them very warmly because they are virtues not widespread today. Thank you again for all. I will not say "to redo" but not far :)

I accompanied my mother for one of her first chemotherapy sessions in a room with several patients undergoing treatment. Not knowing the protocol, I settled by her side without knowing if I could stay or not ... when a nurse came fulminating to "pray to me out miss! Do not you see that there are patients around "while she herself was heckling louder than the rest. Intimidated, I took the time to follow a little outside the room to avoid disturbing other patients and asked her to come see me privately to tell me what was wrong rather than screaming in my ears. mother (herself weakened not treatment). She all the more screamed at me that I had no right to "find myself in her premises! ". So I asked her name to postpone this inadmissible behavior, to which she swayed me "yes go ahead that's it, what do you think they'll do huh ?! "...
I found this episode deplorable for a renowned clinic - there was no follow-up except for the arrival of a chief doctor who tried to lower the tone and made us go back to his office to "appease the situation ". What a lack of professionalism! It is shameful to use the vulnerability of people in this kind of context. I had to stay diplomatic to avoid tiring my mother and make sure she had a normal service afterwards but to say that I had to take on me for this kind of incident, will always annoy me. Not to mention the wait for the opinion of the chief physician ... who himself seems not to know where he is.
We tried to talk about alternative medicine, we were retorted "but yes go get treatment in the Ganges! And pray for a miracle !! "
When we know that today breast cancer is closely linked to emotional psychology, it makes you think twice about the institutions in which you want to be treated.
There were no altercations later but we have a bad memory. The place seemed so ideal.
It was in 2015. I hope it has changed since!

I was operated on a year ago for breast cancer by dr Fitussi at the clinic st jean de D / oudinot. It went very well. The clinic is probably one of the best in Paris. And his team is the best, that's for sure! Thank you to the whole team for taking good care of me!

By relying on the opinions of previous patients and not knowing the establishment, I wanted to make an appointment.
Unfortunately, I ran into a very rude good woman at the switchboard.
I asked her to refer me to a person for my pathology and they told me that she was not a patient at the clinic, that there are a lot of doctors and that she does not know with who will give me an appointment.
This is not a way to treat new patients, I find that a shame and it tarnishes the reputation of the clinic.

Radiology department: Poor welcome - Coolness - There is a lack of understanding. It's a bad experience that I would be glad to erase. I'm asked to phone to my doctor who works in the same private hospital. It's the last straw that breaks the camel 's back!!! No connection with the private hospital. The radiologists are professional. That is, of course, a good thing! For the clinic, nothing to complain about: humanity, pleasant setting, Professional doctors.

The reception is really not suitable for patients. The reception staff are not friendly, rude and condescending.

Reconstruction after cancer, management of pain, nurses' schedules and not pain, no management of bronchitis I had to make an infection so that finally 48 hours after my complaints to 40 fever I am listened to, listened to the patient and benevolence not at all at the rendezvous and icing on the cake, unbalanced food: starchy foods, sugars and proteins. Two vegetables in 7 meals! Never again !

impossible to make an appointment at this clinic:
zero telephone reception
when - finally - someone comes across after a very long wait, the person hangs up: lamentable service.
and the email contact sent by the management refuses to give the appointments: ghost place.

Home MRI mischievous, no explanation of the different billing, no teletransmission / waiting 30 minutes in the early morning, no excuse or explanation, then MRI management by manipulator asking the reasons for the review while the 'ordonnance mentions them, and reproaches not to produce blood tests, indicating me to be the "doctor", then corrected in "manipulative" and refusing to appear, to finally invite me to make an appointment in another institution - finally examination without any warning or instruction if it is "there is 10 minutes" / then interview with the doctor replacing (it is not the doctor who signs the sheet of care that analyzes the examination of imaging, why?) based on the question of the indication of the examination - same answer - I asked to sit down to listen to his explanations on the contents of the MRI and this was refused me, because "it is not planned" (two stools available however, it is possible to wait for the reception of the IRM to receive the CR: beforehand telephone conversation of the secretary with the company that she intends to load of work of displacement of the shower of her apartment, to to reduce the size and to be able to install instead a washing machine and a dryer, yes some painting and plumbing work in addition, thank you sir ... An enriching morning on the constancy, on the occasion of the support by three interlocutors, the mediocrity and the brutality of my interlocutors. A place of professional fulfillment, no doubt!

I underwent 2 surgeries at the Oudinot Clinic 4 years apart (total left and right hip prosthesis). The clinic is truly exceptional. Very professional nursing staff and catering / hotel services are perfect! A special thought for Brother Fortunat who also participates in the quality of the welcome !!!

Requiring a delicate eye operation, I am very happy with the intervention of the surgeon, competent and welcoming. The anesthetist who received me in preoperative consultation is the one who is present on the day of the operation, which is reassuring. I did not feel that I was a "file" passing from hand to hand.
The only downside is the amount of excess fees, which more than double the practitioner's remuneration. Admittedly, a part is supported by the mutual company but in front of this inflation, the contributions must increase each year to maintain the balance of the accounts.
Until when can I continue to contribute? In the years to come, will my retirement still allow me to receive treatment?

This private garden, hidden behind a long stone wall and only known to a privileged few, is a haven of tranquility in the heart of Paris. However, this space is only accessible to patients and clinic staff.
Flowered with roses of all colors, this quiet green space has been the place of stroll for the patients of the clinic since 1843. The institution and its park were founded by the Brothers of the Hospitaller Order of Saint John of God in the premises of the former Plumet mansion for the care of the poor and the sick.
Always deserted and often sunny, this charming pleasure garden houses an unusual stone well, a greenhouse, pretty cut shrubs, a fountain and a small chapel. The whole forms an astonishing place of peace, ideal for a short stroll or a solitary reading break.
The main entrance is located at rue Rousselet, which allows direct access to the park without going through the interior of the clinic.

The telephone reception of this clinic is deplorable. Regardless of the day or time (business), it is not possible to reach an interlocutor to make or modify an appointment, or to contact a doctor. This way of treating patients ("Clients") is very cavalier and unworthy of such an institution. Even when a "secretary" leaves you voicemail to stagger an appointment, asking you to call back to confirm you still can not reach someone! Moreover, when I posted by mail, these problems at the beginning of the year, at the direction of the clinic I got no answer.

I consulted Dr. Bruno d'Acremont in andrology, and I come back extremely satisfied.
