Welcome, interesting and very aesthetic exhibition.
Original exhibition with its visit and its structure. One would feel in the middle of the forest for the part that is visited all around the main building.
Diversity of the elements, works and content of the exhibition
The Cartier Foundation did a nice staging job
I loved
Very interesting exhibition for which it takes a lot of time
Meeeeh. The quality of the programming is not in question. It is undoubtedly quality. The explanatory booklets are too. The total exhibition area is a disappointment. Small exhibition area for such an admission fee if compared to other such foundation.
"We trees" super expo, I reported an extra comic #zep, this is # TheEnd
An important place for contemporary art, an open architecture of Jean Nouvel open on the park that highlights the exhibitions (especially this year 2018 with J Ishigami - Freeing Architecture).
I loved the garden where you can sit sipping a drink, it's really nice away from the bustle of Paris.
I really liked this place and the exhibition of junya ishigami.
fantastic! especially the white painting was a masterpiece .. Mouaveious Pachatouridis
Very beautiful contemporary ensemble which mixes plants and different materials, especially glass.
Always interesting exhibitions.
Place of contemporary and original contemporary art
Building glass and steel without great originality, entrance ticket expensive for what is presented, average home ... only the garden is of interest ... there is better to do than visit the Cartier Foundation!
Exhibition junya ishigami, talented Japanese architect is worth seeing. Harmonize nature and habitats (nurseries, schools, retirement homes ...) is a good idea. Achievements in Japan, China, Moscow, the Netherlands ... It fits perfectly to the site of the Cartier foundation for contemporary art where the museum is inserted in a garden.
The space is big and would suggest buying tickets online to avoid queuing
Really beautiful building, just like be in the forest.
Hosts some very unique exhibitions, not a very large gallery
As always great exhibitions but it is too expensive this access to culture
Beautiful exhibition 'We trees'. Remarkable film by Depardon
Exhibitions always interesting, open to the unknown and surprising to enrich the daily. Bravo! Beautiful place open on a beautiful garden.
Loved the exhibit. I was lucky to see her on the last day.
Very beautiful place of exhibition with for theme this time La Lutte Yanomami seen by Claudia Andujar. Magnificent but unfortunately a cause not yet won because the vulture Bolsonaro is hovering ...
However, I was not able to use the garden. Sniff.
Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain is a Paris-based organization that has been at the forefront of promoting contemporary art for over three decades. The foundation was established in 1984 by Alain Dominique Perrin, who envisioned creating a space where contemporary artists could showcase their work and engage with audiences from around the world.
Located in a stunning building designed by renowned architect Jean Nouvel, Fondation Cartier is an excellent example of corporate philanthropy. The foundation's mission is to promote contemporary art and culture through exhibitions, events, and educational programs that encourage dialogue between artists and audiences.
One of the unique aspects of Fondation Cartier is its commitment to showcasing emerging artists alongside established ones. This approach has helped to create a vibrant community of artists who are pushing boundaries and challenging traditional notions of what art can be.
The foundation's exhibition program features works from all over the world, with an emphasis on promoting diversity and inclusivity. From photography to sculpture, painting to video installations, there is something for everyone at Fondation Cartier.
In addition to its exhibition program, Fondation Cartier also hosts a range of events throughout the year. These include talks by leading figures in the art world, film screenings, concerts, and performances. These events provide opportunities for visitors to engage with contemporary culture in new ways while also learning more about the creative process behind some of today's most exciting artworks.
Fondation Cartier also places great importance on education and outreach programs aimed at engaging young people with contemporary art. Through partnerships with schools and community organizations across Paris and beyond, the foundation provides access to cultural experiences that might otherwise be out of reach for many young people.
Overall, Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain stands out as one of Europe's leading institutions dedicated to promoting contemporary art. Its commitment to diversity and inclusivity sets it apart from other museums or galleries while its innovative programming ensures that visitors always have something new and exciting to discover when they visit this remarkable institution.
