I recently had an experience that left me quite confused. The products I ordered took much longer to arrive than I expected. When they finally did, I was surprised to find that they didn’t quite match the description provided on the website. 📦

Customer service was responsive, but their solutions felt limited, and I didn’t receive the help I was hoping for. I appreciate the effort, but overall, it felt like there were too many obstacles to consider using their service again. 🤔
