Customer service was amazing. The food was good but missing that little touch and the breading fall off everything that was fried. I was expecting just one piece of fish for each meat order but I got 2 instead. I m hoping to one day just sit and eat instead of ordering to go.

It's always a pleasure coming to Folks.. We're never disappointed.. Staff is always cool and friendly.. Food is great.. Peach muffin is ah-may-zing! Lol.. Will always come back here
The service is certifiably terrible... The food does not match along with the quality of service. How this location maintains a 4.0 is beyond me. They also utilize microwaves (when they advertise everthing is fresh) and I stress again. The service is terrible! They messed up my order and the staff was unapologetic about it.
My first time here and I recommend you to stop and dine in, when you're in the area. The food there is great and everyone are really friendly . The little one's loved the broccoli and when they asked the server if they could have more: he gave them more at no charge! The waitress was on top of everything and made sure we we're satisfied. The food was not what I expected!! The turnips had an awful smell & taste. The fried chicken breast & mac & cheese tasted bland, the baby ribs were dry & the meatloaf wasn't good. I gave 3 stars for the cleanliness, good service & the strawberry lemonade.
My first time sitting and eating here and the food was delicious. I ordered the catfish nuggets with broccoli with corn bread dressing and a peach muffin. To drink I had their peach lemonade which was very good! The service was on point. Liz was our waitress and she was patient and recommended certain items off the menu. All in all I would come here again!!!
Great food and awesome service. We have a favorite server that we ask for, he is awesome and always on his toes. He has a great personality and never seems to let bad customers bring him down. We need more servers like Chuck. Great attitude too.
The food is excellent as always. But the cashier with the red dreadlocks has a very saddening attitude. She seemed stressed and not happy. Her attitude progressed after I continued to order over $40 worth of food. And I also heard the cook/manager (or who ever was cooking at the time) in the back complaining about any specialty or changes I wanted to make to my order. I hate when companies in nice areas or any area who have employees who act this way. Even if anyone is having a bad day or is stressing at work, customer service should be their priority. Hiring people who don t care like this make it hard for me to revisit the places I eat. I drive away from my neighbor s to restaurants or establishments the offer better customer service for a reason. Hope the problem gets fixed here. She is very very unprofessional. She clocked of and ignored me... then rolled her eyes and left.This is a great place to dine anytime other than here and the bad attitude waitresses with the heavy make up. They also disrespected each other. Wow. Really hope the program is fixed.
