I don't like Foley Cat Piscataway NJ. Dishonest people work There. I never go back to that shop again.

Great Staff, easy and fast place to deal with. Very knowledgeable.

bought a brand new machine from them was told they would demo me an attachment after agreeing with the salesmen and rental guy that it would be a demo 2 weeks after the "Demo" sent me a bill for a few thousand dollars. They lied to me and their mistake is my expense. tried to work it out with them would not do anything for me. not impressed with this company won't buy another machine from them.

The employees are now a revolving door ever since kim left the company to his son. He doesn t even leave the office. Kim knew every employee by name and made everyone feel appreciated. Now an employee has 45-55 year and as a thank you they give him a book and to get a $300 gift as a thank you. These employees made them millions and thats the measly thank you they get. Come on. Should be at least $5000 and thats being slightly generous. Its sad. Their business has not been as good since the son took over. The son needs to sit down woth kim and learn to be a more thankful person to his employees. The old timers are retiring faster and the younger crowd has been leaving the company on an accelerated speed. Theres a readon for that and it starts from the top. If they cant take care of their employees, how do you think they take care of their customers? I can see the results. The company once was one of the most amazing places to work for. The employees miss kim foley. The son only learned and listened to the profit conversations from his dad. Not the taking care of the people who are loyal and making his pockets full of money. So sad. Hope thing change for future employees.

Update.......Lisa from customer care reached out to me today and after a brief convo decided that there was a slight miscommunication regarding a 65 dollar restocking fee i was charged last week ,I appreciate the time she took to reach out to me and came to a quick solution im looking forward to doing business with these guys in The future !!!!

Charged restocking fee two returns. One was warranted the other was not when their sales department ordered the wrong part.

These guys are top notch on their customer experience and their extensive knowledge of Cat Engines!! They treated me like a king. Major thanks to Andrea and Rudy. They know their stuff.
