WORST COMPANY EVER. NEVER LIVE AT ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
MOST OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE OF EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE.
We lived at Addison on Cobblestone in Fayetteville for 12+ years and had 4 or 5 different owners/management teams, but we never had a management team like Fogelman (This management group doesn't care about their tenants) The time we lived there the management team was lead by Michelle Marie Murphy. She and her management team were one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met. We had to cancel our lease because of the way the management including her treated us. When I called the corporate office to fill a complain, they told me she is no longer part of the company and the people at the Corporate Office are the same. This is what their Company Culture is. They have "0" respect for their tenants and based on the reviews, others have experienced the same treatment as us.

Ant Infestation at Estates at Crossroads, Duluth, GA 30096

I am having a problem with the manager, Brittany Noles, at the Estates at Crossroads. I have had an ant infestation since the summer going into the fall. It is not an ant here and there but a large colony of ants. The manager keeps sending out pest control but the only thing do is spray in certain sections of the apartment. The ant are just moving from one place to another. Ms. Noles has not been empathic nor professional about this issue. She on numerous occasions has blamed me or my family of leaving food out, or not allowing the pest control into the apartment. I can forward her unprofessional emails if needed. This is not true. The ants are coming from the faucets/sinks and electrical outlets in which I have tried to explain but keep falling on deaf ears. Last night I turned on the faucet in the bath to take a shower and a flush of ants fell into the tub (see picture). I was mortified that so many ants were living in the spout. I am now concerned about how many times my family and I are going to be subjected to the poisonous solution before we have a resolution. I believe that this is hazardous to our heath.

This review is based upon my experience with Bristol on Union in Memphis, TN.

My apartment and several others flooded February 16th due to a building pipe that ruptured during the deep freeze. My problem isn't with the flooding - it's with the lack of communication from management.

My naive assumption was that management would be in immediate communication with me the next day, but communication has been minimal. It took a resident going down to the leasing office to get a response. Apparently they'd been waiting for a contractor to find equipment to dehumidify the apartments. Then it was more silence. Finally a contractor came to evaluate what equipment was even needed. Management couldn't provide a time frame for the contractors arrival. When the contractor arrived I was able to set a time with him myself for him to bring the equipment the next day and the time he'd be picking it up. I'm not sure why management is unable to provide time windows for tenants.

More radio silence. Finally, I was informed that an insurance adjuster would come to look at the apartments, but once again management was unable to provide a time window for their arrival. I waited at home all day and finally emailed the office around 4pm asking if the adjuster was still coming. He had already left because he looked at a couple other apartments and had an idea of what needed to be done.

On March 4th a contractor came to see what repairs need to be made. I haven't heard from management since then.

I moved everything out of the flooded area February 16th and crammed it into my bedroom and bathroom. I have no idea where anything is since this was done quickly due to water. I finally had enough of the cramped, disorganized living and dirt from water damage, so I have been staying elsewhere for the past week.

I emailed yesterday for an update and have yet to hear back. I'm in the middle of studying for the most important exam of my life. It'd be great to know what their plan is so I can plan as well.

I had a separate incident last year where it took 3+ months to address the starlings living in my dryer vent. The lack of communication then was also abysmal. They're not in my vent now, but I hear them in other people's.

Property management companies no longer treat tenants as people paying for a service. We are expendable the second we sign that lease.

The entire team here at The Manor Homes of Eagle Glen feel lucky to work for such a great company!!! This year has been full of unknowns and trying even in the best of times, but the Corporate Team at Fogelman Properties have continued to help us navigate the uncharted waters of the current Covid-19 pandemic flawlessly. Not only are we lucky to have such a great on-site team, and supportive region here in KC, but we're also very lucky to have such strong support from the higher ups!!! Thank you for all that you do :)

Been with the company going on 3 years. Never have an issue with getting things done. If its not in the planned budget but is needed to make our residents happy with there home and things the way they should be. I have never had an issue. The staff from property level all the way up to corporate are very personable, compassionate, and caring about there employees and residents. I have loved being with the company, Waterford place, and my NC region. Hope things continue on this path for my career for a long time coming.

Our current apartment is with Stewarts Ferry in Nashville, TN managed by Fogelman. With the property responses and result of our August storm damage, I cannot recommend them. We had a mature tree come through our ceiling 8/12 - as of 9/16 they painted and spackled over the damage. Our full experience and review has been left under Stewarts Ferry. Beautiful property, but our 2 years leasing has not been easy.

I have been apart of an amazing family of Fogelman for 3 years. The culture we have for each other and residents makes coming to work so much fun. The care Fogelman has shown during this pandemic makes us all feel so loved and taken care of. From the corporate level, to the sites we are all family. I wouldn't want to be any where else. Best Property Management to work for hands down.

Roach infestation @Legacy Farm, Collierville. TN

Roach infestation @Legacy Farm, Collierville. TN

What can I say, very disappointed of this apartment complex, since we move in on August 2020 we been having this SERIOUS Roaches issues, humongous roaches. This past weekend a roach fell from the ceiling into my daughter's dinner plate, That's just nasty!!! Those roaches are coming in from air vents, fire place, under sink, etc.
I was told I was the only one with this issue, but talking with neighbors seems that, not only me is having this problem. Very unprofessional whoever's run this place.

Only two month in the apartment and I'm done with this nasty infestation, I was told that I need to have pest control every week, but I refuse because I'm pregnant and I don't want those pesticides in the house, and I need something non invasive as pest control, I was given this sticky traps but issue, one more time is from outside.

Erin, Rhonda, I don't have a roach nest inside the apartment and as I said on past emails is coming from OUTSIDE, attic, balcony, main door, fire place, air vents, bath fan, and as TODAY you already know my building's neighbors have this same issue, not only me, do something.

I read about this issue on past reviews 3 and 5 years ago, never though they still have this problems,

I would not recommend to anyone, whoever is looking to rent in this apartment complex, very unprofessional they are violating the lease agreement on maintain my unit clean, sanitary, and habitable conditions, this is a health issue concern, roach poop can lead to respiratory problems and complications (Health Department Tennessee)

Be aware.!!!!
