Der Kundenservice von Flybaby ist unterirdisch und absolut nicht kundenorientiert. Die Firma hat 3 verschiedene Beigetöne, diese haben wir bestellt, um die Farben zu vergleichen. Weil: wenn wir schon so eine teure Trage kaufen, sollte sie uns von der Farbe her auch gefallen. Eine davon kam bereits verschmutzt bei uns an. Sie wurde nur angeschaut - NICHT AUSGEPACKT ODER AUSGETESTET etc.
Trotzdem wurden wir beschuldigt, die Verschmutzung verursacht zu haben – ein dreister Vorwurf, der jeder Grundlage entbehrt.

Sie reden von Genauigkeit ! Ja klar, jetzt darf ich die Schei***e bezahlen, die andere verursacht haben. Hoffentlich habt ihr mehr Glück und bekommt nicht bodenlos eine verdreckte Trage zugeschickt, die ihr am Ende noch bezahlen müsst.

So geht man mit Kunden nicht um. Wenn das die „Norm“ bei Flybaby ist, dann werden hier offenbar systematisch Kunden verunsichert und zur Zahlung gedrängt. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder Flybaby! Wir raten dringend davon ab, diesem Hype zu vertrauen.

Zudem ist der Steg nicht lang genug, sodass „ältere“ Babys nicht lange darin sitzen können bzw. Keine richtige M-Sitzhaltung in dieser Trage gegeben ist. Die Beine hängen dadurch runter. Keine richtige Nackenstütze vorhanden. Einziger Vorteil ist, dass sie einigermaßen luftdurchlässig ist. Fazit: lieber für das Geld in die Artipoppe oder Kokadi investieren. KUNDENSERVICE sowie Retoure bei Artipoppe ist fabelhaft. Nie wieder würde ich bei Flybaby bestellen. Sie ziehen Kunden ab - und das UNSCHULDIG! Ich bin so verärgert über diese Firma!!!!
