Great communication and amazing cosmetic work on my M6, they were able to turn it into a piece of art than just a fast car. Amazing Job !

I am truly disappointed in this place. I had so much expectations for this place and wanted to bring mine and my spouses car for some miscellaneous work. From reading the reviews, we thought it would be a reputable place. We were terribly wrong and the reviews on here are so inaccurate. These people dont treat customers well. They DO NOT take accountability for their mistakes when they mess up the work that the car was brought in for. They are definitely excellent and fast at placing the blame on the customer as if we are the experts instead of them (being the mechanics). So i suggest that everyone approach with caution and at your own expense. If they screw up the work and your car, you're responsible for all of it including all (and additional) payments for them touching it. I highly recommend some other business if you want your car in the condition you currently have it in. Trust me. We are so glad we did not let them touch any of our cars and we will be taking our service elsewhere!!!!

Completely unprofessional service, total lack of knowledge, lack of ability in informing customer of all outcomes possible (this arises with their lack of knowledge as a mechanic) and inability to take accountability.

Solid shop, they work on everything from high end exotics to my little 96 Miata. It's a little pricey but the quality is there. I've been taking care to FMU for years. Highly recommend.

OJ and Marilyn got me all fixed. They worked on five of my cars. Very knowledgeable, fair priced and no unnecessary work. I will continue to use Fluid as my mechanic.

In 2016 they did a very expensive repair on our 1999 Porsche Boxster for a VERY FAIR PRICE. We are going back to FMU next week to have the oil and brake fluid changed for an unbelievably fair price. The Porsche dealer wanted approximately $700.00 for this service. FMU is charging us approximately $337.00. That is more than $350.00 savings. Thank you Marilyn and everyone at FMU. You're the best!!!

The best in the business. These guys really know their stuff. I have brought many cars to them from BMW to lexus and ALWAYS the best service and best price!

First, let me start by explaining that I never, ever rate '5 stars' because I believe there is always room for improvement any this 4 star rating is an average of my total FMU experience. I also, rarely, ever write any type of reviews, but I believe credit needs to be given where credit is due. Would I bring my vehicle back for service? Yes.

That being said:My 2012 Audi R8 V8 had major slippage, did days of research, found FMU, read good and bad on the internet, saw FMU's Youtube channel which gave me confidence to call them. They accepted my vehicle on a Saturday, April 7.

First impressions: The shop if very big, very clean, OJ (owner) and Marilynn (OJ's mother) are very friendly and my questions and concerns were answered satisfactory (unlike many places here in the city where one is greeted with attitude and are unprofessional in general). The mechanical expertise is apparent through the cars that were receiving service, the quality of lift systems and the work areas.

The diagnosis was completed on April 10, and I received the estimate on April 11th for a clutch replacement. I agreed to the estimate, even though on the higher end; however, bearings and other parts which often go overlooked by low-budget shops were included in the estimate.

During the repair, I spoke to Chris (I believe service manager) for an update. I further had a straight-pipe exhaust which is too loud for my area and wanted my OEM muffler swapped. Chris said it would be even swap, no charge.

Car was ready for on April 30th and when I picked the car up, it sounded so much better! The car was clean in and out, not one greasy finger print anywhere. They even cleaned my old straight-pipe exhaust and bagged it for me. It must have taken at least a couple hours to clean all of the carbon off.

Final bill was slightly over the estimated cost and it took longer than expected for the shop to get the parts delivered (but that could be for a variety of reasons). I took the car for a long drive this past weekend to bed the clutch properly and let me tell you...the car drives amazing! As I was driving, I told myself, "You definitely get what you pay for." So far, so good and I hope it stays that way for many more miles to come.

This place is awesome. One of the cleanest nicest shops I've ever been to. If your car isn't here getting worked on then your car is missing out. Jon Price is a great guy to work with to take care of all your upgrades.
