The FLSmidth house is a well designed, state-of-the-art office space that has a great housekeeping staff, efficient security and a Green Gold certified office building that houses more than a thousand employees. A great office space for a MNC.

A very good workplace. The organisation culture is so cool. Transportation facility is provided even to the longest routes. Employees here are very friendly and employee engagement program happens here very often.
FLSmidth campus is one of the best one, among the many that I have visited. Been to the Head Office thrice to deliver Safety Trainings. Staff are very welcoming. Food arrangements are amazing, especially the latest addition, the diet lunch. Work timings, seating, welfare facilities etc are all arranged, giving good amount of consideration to ergonomics and employee comfort. All in all, this is a wonderful work atmosphere.
