Flsmidth India Ltd Review

This is Corporate Office of FLSmidt, a Multinational company in Egattoor, OMR Chennai. Spacious and nice office. I was a visitor here and enjoyed with their hospitality.

The FLSmidth house is a well designed, state-of-the-art office space that has a great housekeeping staff, efficient security and a Green Gold certified office building that houses more than a thousand employees. A great office space for a MNC.

Very Nice place to work. Provides complete solution on Cement and minerals Industries globally.

Good company...and work place..
Ambience.. environment , transport, and canteen facilities..
But...only onething every employee fear for there job security...

First ofall the work environment is good. No work pressure. You can definitely improve your skills in this company. All associates makes a great job to maintain its value. FLS is one of the finest company of Multinational companies. Really everyone will like it.

A very good workplace. The organisation culture is so cool. Transportation facility is provided even to the longest routes. Employees here are very friendly and employee engagement program happens here very often.

FLSmidth campus is one of the best one, among the many that I have visited.
Been to the Head Office thrice to deliver Safety Trainings.
Staff are very welcoming.
Food arrangements are amazing, especially the latest addition, the diet lunch.
Work timings, seating, welfare facilities etc are all arranged, giving good amount of consideration to ergonomics and employee comfort.
All in all, this is a wonderful work atmosphere.

Actually I attended the interview there and got selected for purchase department but they didn't called me yet, still I am giving 4 stars coz it's one of my dream company and kindly don't repeat this kind of things in the future. I am requesting the management to look forward this issue.
