Sad excuse for a POS system. Incredibly infuriating. It is 2020 and better systems have been around for 20 years.

Called because the system takes 30 minutes to make a simple change to products, Valerie says there is nothing they can do.
Think twice about spending (wasting) your money on them. They have been promising to improve the speed with additional servers for YEARS. THEY SUCK!

We used them at my last dispensary! They have amazing support staff who always want us to succeed!

Not only is the Flowhub team honest, hard working and passionate - but they have any amazing product. I highly recommend Flowhub to any retailer in the space!

The service goes down at the most crucial times. Mostly on holidays and just recently on 4/20. When volune increases significantly their servers cant keep up and crash. Making the companies using flowhub lose tens of thousands of dollars on some of the busiest days of the year. Has hapoened a handful of times in the 2 years ive been working with it.

Changing POS systems can be a daunting endeavor but making the switch with Flowhub was a great experience! Gopal and his team were always there when we had questions and got us up and running so quickly. We were on a time crunch and they pulled it off! So helpful in all aspects! Gopal was there whenever I had questions and answered them within a few minutes. I hated finishing the onboarding because we would lose the one on one with Gopal and his implementation team but knowing how great Flowhub has been so far, I don't doubt that we will get exceptional service from the Flowhub help team! We can't wait for a productive POS system, FINALLY!!
