To get loaded at. Was very simple and FAST. In and out in under 45 mins. Super friendly staff.

RECENT REVIEW 09/2020: It s too bad. I don t know if this place is a bad place to work and if that effects the customer service who were not too friendly and ultimately can be the slow decline of a store with quality products. The tile we received was great, but the communications to their distributor Menards and then what Menards had to relay to us, was extremely frustrating as contractors. And go figure, we have not gotten a call back. *Risky business. I know it s a pandemic, but even more why every effort and communication skill counts.

*We ended up feeling that ordering from this place, while very nice product, is too risky and ended up costing us and our client extra, and we do a lot of $30,000 plus jobs around St. Louis, MO and around the USA and partner with bigger companies wherever we go. We will not be recommending them.

END RESULT: Many reports of shipping being on time, after shipping was lost in shipment in June. Re-ordered. Then re-shipped, expedited , but still came two weeks late into August. It was not expedited. Seems like pretending and trying to pull the wool over your customers and business assoc s eyes. Or, just bad communication.

If we had been told the order was coming late, and gotten an exact date, this WHOLE process wouldn t have been so frustrating. We could have planned better and not frustrated our other clients with timing and schedule changes and additional costs.

Expecting either no response or typical We care about all of our customers, please be in touch . Does NOT seem to be the case. AS A CONTRACTOR or client: I would look elsewhere .

No signs for truck entrance you got to guess poor lightning a pond in the back making it hard to back in the hole they did load fast

Just want to say that Florim is a great place for truck drivers!! The young lady at check-in is totally awesome!! Arrived 3 hours early and she said no problem and was apologetic that I had to wait for a couple containers to unload prier to me getting loaded. Wow that is totally unusual. Definitely well marked on where to go, park and check in at. And those who have said it is tight etc to back in are obviously either new drivers or do not need to be in a truck!! I have not been to anywhere in the lower 48 or all of Canada that is better. Not enough stars to rate them properly!! Thanks Florim!! Frank G Murray Jr
