I cannot thank all of the staff and especially Dr. Kevin Cairns enough for their knowledge, skill and care for patients. They are treating people in pain and ensure that they listen and respond as best as possible. The ARNP s are fantastic as well. I am not a person that randomly recommends physicians however, I would recommend Dr Cairns and the practice without a doubt. Additionally, the physical therapy office, downstairs, is excellent as well. These folks are terrific from the front office to the exit. And all with a smile.

I was a patient at this office for two years due to degenerative discs in my lower spine. Suddenly, for some reason, I was declined cortisone shots by BCBS. BCBS said 'Dr. Dalton had not provided sufficient information to warrant the procedure' (even though I have received shots twice before). Numerous calls to the office speaking to the claims mgr. and his nurse was not successful. I now have to find a new office that will hopefully get me back on track so I don't have to live in pain for a condition that had already been established.

I do believe that first impressions mean a lot. I was disappointed during my first visit. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I asked for an update on when I can see the doctor, and was told that he s behind , and there will be another 10 minute wait. 15 minutes later, I m still waiting. It seems that the patients should be given the courtesy of an update when substantial time as passed their appointment time. Never saw the doctor, nor did anyone reach out to me later on.

Very very Rude operator/front desk on 10/08/2020, if this operator does not like the way you are talking to her or if comment on how rude the tone of voice she has, she will hang up on you...Yes, that is correct, she will just hang up on you. Now the question is, What else is going on at this location as far as "customer service and other related issues and why would you do business with these people and this place a business...Sad with everything going on in the world today, you have a place of business with Poor Customer Service...Sad!

I had SI joint fusion on my left side with Dr. Paese using Linq and he put it on the sacrum bone not in the SI joint. What a waist. I guess he is being trained still. The Linq sales representative was in the O.R. guiding him. I guess he is still learning. Dam!!!!! I have to have surgery again.....

This entire office is so kind and professional. They obviously take great pride in the staff they employ that reflects their professionalism. When you see these physicians they engage with you in the most amazing fashion and how a patient should be treated to be understood and also to be put at ease. They listen to you, allow you to talk. They aren t sitting at a computer looking st a screen inputting your information, they are not rushing you, they are sitting there looking and listening to you. Highly recommend. Kudos to all of you who make this place the way a doctors office should be! 5 stars plus

Can not recommend this practice enough! Dr. Giuseppe Paese is an expert in his field and was honest and caring in his approach for my condition. The staff was professional and truly made the appointment pleasant! Highly recommend!

Couldn t find a better place. They took care of me and I got a surgery very quickly to solve my back pain issue. The best doctors ever

Polite & courteous staff. Dr. Giuseppe Paese is educated, polite, caring, informative, professional & uses higher tech & more accurate equipment for procedures than my previous Dr. so gets it right the 1st time avoiding additional injections or poking around.

Was very impressed as the Dr. I replaced him with was good in her own right.

Dr. Dalton and the entire staff go above and beyond. I have never been to a doctor's office where I did not feel rushed or left being unclear about what was going on. Dr. Dalton took the time to explain everything and is amazing. I already am feeling better and would say don't hesitate to go to this office, it really is amazing.
