Florida Sleep Solutions, Inc. Review

After months of sleep issues with our 6 year old our pediatrician recommended he have a sleep study. Having never had a sleep study myself, I wasn t sure what to expect or how best to prepare our son for the experience. Thankfully I found Florida Sleep Solutions and was able to ask his pediatrician s office to have his referral be sent there.

The staff was wonderful both before and during the sleep study. They took the time needed to answer our sons questions and making sure he was comfortable. I was by his side the entire time and was able to sleep comfortably myself in an oversized reclining chair next to the bed. I m so glad we didn t put this off as it turns out he did have sleep apnea and has since had his tonsils removed; allowing for more restful nights for everyone in our house.

My wife and I was there in November 2018. I had a sleep study and was told that I had sleep apnea. Sleep Solutions set me up with a CPac machine and everything I needed. On more than one occasion we were told that there would be no cost to us, that insurance would cover it all. Two months later, I get a bill for $58.00. Seems that they neglected to tell me that this "copay" would have to be paid 4 times a year! Over 200.00 per year. Does that sound like no charge? I'm returning the machine, I don't like to be deceived!!

They were very nice people, but I did get a sore throat and cold after use oxygen tubing and sensor for breathing 24 hours after going to center , noticed the tubing was hanging behind door when I got in room too sleep. I did not ask if it had been used before.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They've been able to help me sleep normally again and are always happy to answer any questions

As uncomfortable as it is sleeping away from home the great staff here made me feel welcome. Really genuinely nice people I would highly recommend.

I think if you want to be there to support your spouse then you shouldn't be turned away because you want to know what's going on with he/she...employee what if it was your spouse???? So non sensitive, so what if he asleep., he's going to wake up & i want to be right there

I had my initial sleep study, and my return with CPAP machine done here...amazing group of people here...Carla, I can't thank you enough, so accommodating and made the process so easy. Very compassionate about their job

Had my sleep study done here. Virginia was able to get me in a couple days after getting authorization from my insurance, which I really appreciated. First sleep study for me, so I was very nervous because I didn t know what to expect. Carla my tech, made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything step by step. The facility is also very clean and it s updated. Very good experience, highly recommend
