I have worked in other Real Estate Companies. By far, this has been the Best company I have had the opportunity to work with. The staff is always available and willing to help and assist, Friendly,courteous and professional, and the Broker ,which I had not had before, truly cares of his agents, and is willing to answer all questions.They offer and give online classes and are always willing to help. Florida realty treats you like family and is very knowledgeable. I work as a realtor with them, so, yes, I m biased. However, I have worked with a few companies, and none of them have been as quick to respond or as knowledgeable as Juan s team, when executing contracts or other matters that may arise. Every other brokerage wanted a part of my commission, even when I was helping out my family. Florida Realty of Miami doesn t. I know a couple of other realtors that work for Juan and they are all good people. I found my home. Thanks Juan

Staff completely supportive. Team atmosphere. Training is incredible. Perfect for new agents. Able to completely brand yourself as you please. Realtor doesn t answer the phone. I called there location and spoke to the representative, and requested a call back over 1 week ago. Still waiting, not sure how they make money.
