Best gym for our family in town. It really has it all without the high price tag or being over crowded.

Very clean facility and the youth sports programs are pretty good. Both kids play soccer and one also plays basketball. The coaches are great. Thanks to all coaches for their time and caring.

We love this place we go at least 5 days a week the staff is all very friendly if you're looking for a great place to work out or just swim or do a class or two come see the Y well worth it

Wonderful nonprofit that helps so many families have FUN, that otherwise couldn't afford to.

I love the YMCA a because you get to swim and have fun and that's why I like your ymca.

It has been at least 8 years since I have had YMCA gym membership. I was a little reluctant in signing up here in Florence, because the facilities are a bit dated. However, it was their after school care that finally convince us to go forward with our membership. The reason I am giving the Gym 4 out of 5 stars is because; the childcare we were anticipating placing our child in was full. Unfortunately, we didn't find out until after we had signed up and payed the fees. We kept our membership because it is rare when we cannot work out do to over crowding.

Indoor pool,sauna, and steam room.Dedicated staff and Zumba class makes you sweat ,sweat, sweat!

The YMCA is a great place to work out, swim, relax, It has been pretty empty so far this year because of the scare factor involved in social distancing except for all the childrens activities they provide. I hope it will pick up a bit during the summer months and get back to being a great place to meet mew people and socialize again.

Grate place but you have to take a swim test if your under the age of 12

The young guy was super friendly and patient and was able to help me schedule swimming lessons for me and my son.

We came up here for a child birthday party and had a great time. We had a good time and my kids loved the pool. My only complaint, and it is not much of one, is how confusing it was to find my way around. A few more signs would have been helpful.

Great people, great mission. Getting too old to fix, but recently they fixed the locker rooms. Not as clean as it should be, but better than years past. I go because I've always gone.

My son goes there after school and it is a lifesaver

They almost killed me with the chemicals in the outdoor pool. I had a rash for a month.

Plenty of equipment. Locker rooms are awesome, steam room, hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool. Lots of kid camps and afternoon programs. My kids do soccer every year and they'll do the summer program this year. I've used the kid drop off a few times and the kids love it.

Very fair minded business practices and great work out equipment as well as an indoor and outdoor pool with slide.

Friendly staff, great pool. Enjoyed Zumba Gold, senior water aerobics class. Ladies lockeroom is spacious and has free towel service.

Signed up when they had the no sign up fee special. Great gym. I love the evening classes and the sauna. The equipment is in good condition and lots of options.

Outside pool is great kids love the water slide. Not a bad price for a family membership.

The women at the front desk and her son, the lifeguard, were so nice and made me and my family feel so comfortable and welcome even though we were far away from home. I would highly recommend this YMCA.

I used the vending machine, and the door that opens so you can get the item was rigged so I couldn't even get anything.

This YMCA is great! Staff is very helpful and friendly. There are 2 rooms of exercise equipment. They have several types of equipment, weights, balls, bikes, etc.. The pool is heated; there is a steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna. For those who enjoy basketball, the court is gorgeous. The late afternoon water aerobics is very nice. Our instructor is friendly and so are the members. We are exercising having fun!

Need to be upgraded and bring more sports for the youth

This Y needs some serious upgrades. Maybe a new campus Downtown, but I can say this current location needs a major upgrade.

Swimming lessons for kids here in Summer. Neat pool and great teachers.

I have degenerative disc disease. Low impacted pool workouts are great.

I m very disappointed with the staff they have let us down more than once. They are rude and unaccommodating to disabled veterans.

Great selection of classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced. Well stocked equipment rooms, one for circuit training. Indoor pool is older but pretty well maintained. Friendly staff and family-friendly atmosphere.

Family time, workout time, fun time, shooting hoops time , exercise time, ... time and time again you have plenty of reasons to come back

I had a nice time at the pool.My Niece is swimming now and loves it.
