Floied Fire Extinguisher & Steam Cleaning Service Review

Damaged my tank to hydrotest: scratching everywhere, a professional service should use barriers such as a rubber vice to not damage the equipment. They then blew a burst disk afterward trying to fill it, which was not approved by me for them to do. All they said was sorry and it shouldn't cost much to fix, really disappointed and hate writing a bad review as they seemed nice, but they did not offer to make it right and they returned to me an unusable tank until I pay for another part to fix it on my own.

Robert has been taking care of our fire extinguishers at our store on Poplar for 13 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, and guides us properly when replacement is needed. I recommend this company.

These people are really nice, and they're pretty reasonable. I can't comment on many specifics, as I only use them to hydro-test my tanks. They do same day service on a 25$ hydro-testing, which makes it pretty convenient.

I get my companies fire extinguishers filled and checked here. Fast and knowledgeable. A bit out of the way from Bartlett but worth it.

Do not ever call this company for anything. They will lie to your face and screw you so bad.
I had to renew my tag and I first called another Suppression system. They came out and had a look and said he could not renew the tag because of few violations and did not charge me anything. I called Floied to get a second opinion. Big MISTAKE!! I asked if he could renew the tag and he said yes even though I pointed out the violations.
After inspection the @#$%% put a red tag and charged me $170 for the inspection and quoted me $1,800 to get the violations fixed. I called the other company back and they said that because of the red tag it was going to cost me double to get the tag renewed and that they should have left the tag alone. They quoted me still way less then what Floied quoted me. Don't call this company. I very rarely write bad reviews but I had to write this one. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.

They've always done my different bosses proper. From what I have been told, they were the only company in Memphis that dealt with fire suppression systems for many years. I've exhausted a couple of their units personally (not as a result of my error). And, I'd have to say that they saved a couple of businesses that I have worked at. I guess it would seem like standard, routine work, until you have limited time to save your property, and possibly lives.
