We are older and we were growing tired of putting in and taking out an old steel-sectioned dock. This spring we purchased a Floe roll-in dock because of the construction and the ability to walk everything into the lake and hook a few pieces together. Service has been excellent and the dealer had it in the water for us as soon as the ice was off the lake.

We purchased a set of dock steps, the accordion style design with six steps. I absolute love extra deep 12 steps and standard handrail. These steps are very sturdy and solid. My chocolate Lab loves to go swimming and these steps are perfect for her to get back out of the water. I would definitely recommend these steps.
We purchased an enclosed Floe trailer this year and have used it on a couple snowmobile trips. It pulls like a charm and keeps our sleds and gear clean and dry. We own Floe docks and lifts also and are very happy with how easy they are to install and how well they hold up year after year. Their products are definitely worth the investment.
Hi, Replaced our old steel dock with a new FLOE L-shaped sectional dock. The family was initially unsure whether we needed a new dock, but now they praise my wisdom (or at least acknowledge it). I'm also happy I spent the money on the extra's: Bumpers, ladder, stairs, bench, cleats, corner piece, and Kayak racks. Fit and finish is excellent. I helped install it, which was easy, so I'm expecting the take-out to be easy as well, especially because of the "quick-attach" system - all the extra pieces come off easily by just undoing some finger-tight jam screws. Leveling was also easy because of the top-addressed leveling nuts (I had to go buy my own 1 1/8" socket for take-in this Fall. Floe, I suggest you just include that $5 part in any new dock purchase, along with this idea: a set of Allen wrenches on a mounting that FLOAT when you drop them). It means there are no posts sticking up above deck-height (and thus why I got the cleats for tying off boats). We have a vista, so the roll-in version wouldn't have worked. It took a long time this summer to get all of the pieces, but I'm attributing that to COVID affecting manufacturing. Most nights finds us on the dock enjoying the sunset, and we didn't do that on the steel dock. Bill, Stone Lake, Wisconsin
We bought a FLOE boat lift and canopy and have been very happy with the product. The dealer has been very helpful with any questions we had after installing too.
I recently purchased a FLOE boat lift and a FLOE Cargo Max trailer. I am impressed with the clean design and sturdy construction of both the lift and the trailer. These FLOE products have the high quality I was looking for. I highly recommend FLOE.
I needed a true utility trailer that would meet many of my hauling requirements. The primary duty of the trailer was to effectively haul a four-seat sport UTV. But it also had to haul other items (e.g., fire wood, gravel) that are frequently transported by a dump style trailer. And since this was a long-term investment, I wanted all the benefits that an aluminum trailer offered.
After researching other trailers on the market, it was apparent to me that the features and functionality found in the FLOE CargoMax were best suited for my needs. I subsequently purchased the XRT 13-73 and have no regrets. The Cargo Max trailer is unique with its polymer body, so comparing it to other trailers is difficult in some respects. But it is the polymer body that allows this trailer to perform many tasks very well, as compared to others that may be best suited for one specific task. And it was reassuring to know that the trailer was manufactured by FLOE, an established company with a long-standing reputation for building reliable trailers. I highly recommend the CargoMax trailer to anyone looking for a quality utility trailer.
I purchased a FLOE lift with a Maxis canopy and it was a great decision!! The water level at our lake fluctuates numerous times through out the year and with the leveling legs, it makes it a breeze. The Maxis canopy encloses the boat enough that I do not even have to use the boat cover. There is not another boat lift set up that I would go with.
I have owned a Floe Dock system and a Floe Boat lift for ten years and love the versatility an ease of operation of both. I just purchased a Floe Cargo Max. It is everything that Floe says it is and more. I have owned other utility trailers in the past and the Cargo Max is, by far, superior in every way to the others.
I needed a 5000 pound boat lift. I started doing research and was surprised about the great reviews I read about the 5000 Floe Lift. Not many people on my lake have a Floe-- they all have older used lifts and didn't have much advice about their lift. I hoped for the best and purchased a the FLOE lift. So far(week 1) everything worked really really well and seems like it is designed for easy use and will last a very long time. All of my neighbors are amazed at how well it works and how easy it is to level. I am very happy I took the time to do my research.
Purchased a Cargo Max XRT 8-57 from one of Floe's retailers. It was shipped directly from Floe. I had one small problem with it. Floe's Customer Service and Technical Specialist Bob made it right. I recently used the trailer to haul 2 kayaks to our cabin in the Smokey Mtns. It handled really well. Money well spent.
Our family has owned Floe product since the early 1990's and have LOVED every product purchased. We own 3 of their trailers (Cargo Max is the favorite!!) We've had their floating docks, roll-in and next we can't wait to buy the Post Sectional Docks. Everything has been of very high quality, never breaks down and the VSD Lifts we own are very quiet (not like our neighbors, we can hear it inside our closed house when they leave or come home.) We have also found their product is in high demand and doesn't loose value !!!
I purchased the XRT 13-73 Tandem. It is a great general purpose trailer. I use it for hauling my UTV, trips to the landscape and garbage yards. I bought it because of the corrosive resistant materials and the added safety of having tandem wheels when traveling on highways. I like the decking material. Easy to slide heavy items and it can take some abuse. I was demoing a basement bathroom and was tossing construction debris into the trailer with no issues. The XRT 13-71 Tandem has the Bigger gate. It not so much that it is too heavy, it just doesn t line up the best. You need someone on the opposite side that you are on in order to ensure the gate is securely recessed in the mounting bracket. I complained to the salesman and he said all of them are like that. Also, I think there should be some sort of an accessory that prevents splash while hauling.
We have owned our current Floe Dock System and Boat Lifts for years. Everything still looks new and we expect it all to last for many more years. We are very pleased with our purchase.
Very happy with the quality of the trailer. 8x57 is a perfect size to pull with the wheeler for yard work and then load it up and pull down the road. We also use it to pull behind our camper and love how lightweight it is.
After doing a tremendous amount of research on docks Floe was the best value dock by far. We bought the Floe sectional with aluminum decking for our property for the low maintenance and durability. The ease of setup and take down is invaluable- it takes less than 30 minutes to get our 50+ ft. of dock out. Each piece rests in a bracket and we do not need to mess with any unsightly poles or set screws. The legs are well engineered and allows us to perfectly level our dock in minutes which adds a very clean look to our shoreline. They have one of the best warranties in the market which is proof they recognize the quality of product.
Purchased a 8-57, drove 130 miles up north and loaded a large riding mower using the restricted tilt on the trailer, worked perfectly! Really like this trailer.
