Not worth it. Uber is cheaper and you don't have to deal with the hassle of sharing. Booked flightline after returning from an International flight of over 20 hours. Last time we had a better experience. Had to wait for the shuttle. Arrived 10 minutes after we requested and spent 40 minutes going through every terminal after picking us up. A trip home which takes 45 minutes took 2 hours. Would not recommend. Uber Comfort price $93. Flightline charged me $116. Why would I pay more for more delay and hassles.

My flight from Houston was delayed 2.5 hous and finally arrived at 1:30am. A van was waiting for me and did not leave me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night.
Have not used them for awile now, prices were high, and the early or late hours add extra charges plus mandatory tip is included with booking, I like to give my tips according to drivers driving abilty and attitudes towards their customers
This is a great alternative to the bus from NH - especially if your flight leaves early. We had an early flight from Logan for Christmas travel. Flightline was on time and delivered us as promised with plenty of time for our flight. We considered having them pick us up at our house but found their price was much more affordable if you agree to a park and ride. Worked great.
Did not have a good experience. Was on a shared flightline van that is only supposed to stop at park and rides and bus stations, as specified when booking, this is why you pay the cheaper price. Instead, a group gets in the van, and we drive them out of the way to their house. The driver wasn't sure how to get to their address, adding even more time to the drive. This ended up adding about 45 min extra to the trip. Wouldn't have minded if we made stops along the way to drop others off at specified stops but you're supposed to pay more if you're driven to your house in a flightline. This was unfair and made a ride that could have been 45 min almost 2 hours. The reasoning behind this was that the group lived right off the highway. I am also right off the highway and was told no when booking for a drop off at my house, in a shared flightline van. Disappointing and frustrating. I paid the same as someone that was dropped off at their front door and got to wait an additional 45 min. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but this was bad and no apology by the driver at all.
Usually excellent service. But had one two foot driver who throttle pumped all the way from Boston to Manchester and made everyone on the van car sick.
I always use Flightline when I m heading to or from Logan. I ve always had great experiences. The drivers are always on time (actually, they re always early, which is great) and extremely professional. Typically I travel home from Logan alone at night and every driver I ve ever had waits for me to get into my car and makes sure it starts before driving away. As a female getting dropped off at a park and ride right off of 93, I greatly appreciate this. Additionally, I took a red eye home last night and landed in Boston this morning. It snowed overnight so my car was covered. The driver I had this morning cleaned my entire car off for me and offered to shovel me out if I got stuck (thankfully I was able to clear the snow. It was about a foot due to the plow). I find that their prices are extremely reasonable, too. If you re looking for a ride to and from the airport definitely go with Flightline!
This is a wonderful, safe, convenient, and professional service. Used their private shuttle yesterday and have in the past as well. Will continue to do so in future. My driver was prompt, friendly, and very nice. He also followed Covid safety guidelines and was very comforting in that regard. I highly recommend this service.
It was my first time using them and they were fantastic. Great customer service. They were very timely on airport pick up, and the driver went above and beyond making it a great experience. I will be sure to use them again.
Flight in at 7:30 pm, flightline arrives at 9:30 and has 2 more stops to make in airport. Not my best experience.
I see your response, and I understand your trying to make it sound better than the actual events. However, you have not represented what transpired. I have no desire to argue, just relating my experience with the shared van so that others can make appropriate decisions regarding shared vans. By the way, the ride to the airport was also not as planned. Although i received a call from the service stating they would be 30 minutes later than originnally stated, the call was very last minute. Like i said, not my best experience and a shared van is not in my future. Best wishes
Highly recommended. First time customer. Driver, Jim, was prompt, professional, friendly, and communicated clearly about number of stops along the way to Logan (1), and number of passengers to be on the shuttle. Shuttle was very clean and well maintained. Safely arrived at Logan from S.NH in under 50 minutes while having the opportunity to complete some work. Round trip cost was very reasonable.
