Excellent service provided by Jared and Adriana. Jared was my main contact and he held my hand all the way through. He's able to explain every step, professionally, patiently and politely. Enjoyed his drive and follow through to complete each task. The refi was closed in exactly 30 days, even though there were some issues that needed clarifications. Adriana ushered the second step till closing. It was a very pleasant experience and I'd definitely use them again.

My experience with FlexPoint was very smooth and great. They are professional, quick and most important is they communicated well with customers. I answered every phone call with any updates on my Refinance case. They know what the customers want to know. Very patient to ask every question that I have asked. Jun and Adriana were my loan officer and process officer, they are quick, responsible and very easy to work with. I have asked lots of options for my refi, and they gave what I asked in the same day. Overall, very great company and easy to do business, highly recommended.

FlexPoint representatives Alan Rodgers & Zachary Johnson were both professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with our recent refinancing to our home. The entire process took about a month. Outside of a few additional documents required close to signing our paperwork, the process was seamless and mostly "stress-free". Stop mailing rates you have no intention or ability to honor. Despite the negative review I left last year and your excuse about slow USPS delivery you continue to mail me rate offers that are several weeks old. The letter I got today, 5/8, has offer date on front of 4/28, but the APR valid date in the fine print of 4/13.

I called last year and your excuse was the market had changed to much in the 3 weeks between when you mailed the letter and the day I received it and called. While that is entirely possible you still choose to use inherently slow snail mail to send written offers. If it really takes 3 weeks to mail a letter you might want to fix your process or get with the times and use faster marketing channels; publish your rate sheets (like CashCall and other reputable transparent low cost lenders), email, phone

This Review is to document my 2021 refinance experience with Dan Mikes, Loan Officer and Hannah Altemus, Loan Processing Agent. We refinanced in 2020 with Dan Mikes and this year, the process was expanded and improved by adding Hannah Altemus who handled all of the issues with processing our transaction. Having two points of contact who are located in different time zones was a definite value-add to timely customer service. What made it even better is that both Mr. Mikes and Ms. Altemus both knew end-to-end processing and most importantly, are some of the most client-focused business people I've worked with in 5 home purchases and 3 refinance transactions through my life. I ask a lot of questions when I come across something new in the home loan business and both team members took the time ... and patience to answer my questions completely. We saved over $100 per month in our home payment, received some timely cash back from the transaction and every t was crossed and i dotted in what on my end always looks like a paper blizzard (even with the online processes). My wife and I extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Mikes and Ms. Altemus for a great job, well done!

Tahnee Wold and Angelina Le did an excellent job working on the refinance of my primary residence as well as my rental property. I did not have any difficulty communicating with them during the entire refinance process. My expectations were exceeded. Kudos to them! I will gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

Recently refinanced my home with flex point. From the first contact to the last everyone was very professional and friendly. I had to contact my loan officer on several occasions and to my surprise she answered all my calls one got voice mail one time. I would recommend Flex Point without hesitation.
