Stop mailing rates you have no intention or ability to honor. Despite the negative review I left last year and your excuse about slow USPS delivery you continue to mail me rate offers that are several weeks old. The letter I got today, 5/8, has offer date on front of 4/28, but the APR valid date in the fine print of 4/13.

I called last year and your excuse was the market had changed to much in the 3 weeks between when you mailed the letter and the day I received it and called. While that is entirely possible you still choose to use inherently slow snail mail to send written offers. If it really takes 3 weeks to mail a letter you might want to fix your process or get with the times and use faster marketing channels; publish your rate sheets (like CashCall and other reputable transparent low cost lenders), email, phone
