Proceed with caution. We recently placed a small $2100 order with this supplier. Sent in a purchase order with specific details and shipping instructions. They chose to ignore our request to ship on our own FedEx account therefore charging us 3X what it should cost in freight. Then only to realize they sent us the wrong color caps and had the audacity to blame us for not double checking the confirmations when it shipped. Instead of taking any responsibility in the messed up order they hid behind a 15% restocking fee and pay to return shipping. I requested an audience with management but no one had the decency to return any calls.
I only received messages with this tone...
"We gave you your option. It is up to you to return the hats "
Mind you that option was Pay $153 to ship five boxes or the wrong color hats, pay us $325 in restocking fees as we have to put five full boxes back on a shelf, and oh by the way ship them back on your dime. SO I wasted $528 to learn a lesson that FlexFit LLC cares about nothing but themselves. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
