This company flexagent.com is having its applicants pay for background checks to have them continuously waiting for work. This is bad business to have an applicant pay for a background check without the supply of work to offer them! In many cases after peoples background checks pass the applicants do not receive a response from the company who are having the people wait into infinity. According to fb flexagent.com groups many people have complaints of not being responded to or even receiving work after their background check passes.
