The application ceases to work occasionally and you have to call the offices for it to work .When you call their employees to help you they do not respond with the same zeal while selling .I was even blocked by one of the employees called Allan because of telling him I can't see my car movement .To him he was out of offices and asked me to call support .I wonder if the vehicle could have gone missing what could have happened .Kindly teach your employees customer service.
