I was visiting from out of state. I drove my AMG approximately 2000 miles to Orange County, California. I wanted to get an oil change and I was told that Fletcher Jones is the premier Mercedes-Benz dealer in the area.
I made a appointment with Kim the day prior and showed up an hour early the next day. I was promptly approach by the Concierge Service team where I was greeted like a rock star and then they took several pictures of my AMG from all different angles to include under the under the hood with a iPad. Not sure why? A short time later I was consulted by Mr. Holsinger that I was a going to need a A Service in 65 days. So I decided to get that done. I was offered a Courtesy Car but I did not need one. While I waited in the Customer Lounge I noticed the dealership had a cafe so I ordered a coffee and a killer breakfast burrito. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the Petting Zoo ( The new car showroom) and talked among the friendly staff there. I got a text from Fletcher Jones saying maintenance on my vehicle was completed and was being washed. In fact, all paperwork of work completed and invoice was texted to me. Once my car was washed the Valet offered me a bottle of water and I was on my way. My experience with FJ Motorcars was a pleasant one. If I decide to drive my AMG to California in the future I will be sure to stop by if schedule maintenance is warranted.

Fletcher Jones is a very wonderful dealership. My grandma has gotten two cars from here. She has gotten a C class saloon 2017. And now, we got a new lease of the C class coupe. The silver outside and red inside was very nice and cool. I want to thank Kamran Tabesh and Anthony Cruso for this. That was the only car in all the dealerships. No other coupe. And we got it. My dream car. Thank you Anthony Cruso and Kamran Tabesh for this. I hope you are reading this right now. This is Kamran. Remember I had the same name as Kamran Tabesh, the manager. ?! We are actually looking to buy our new car because it s so beautiful. So, I hope to get another car from you guys because I had the best time getting this car. Everything is going well with our car. I picked out all the features.

Wonderful experience! I worked with James Sullivan and his amazing team Brock, Juan and Ricardo. This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and willing to work with me so I could have my dream car. I m so happy to have had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with this fabulous team.

Eric Gastineau was great! Me and my girlfriend wanted to check out Mercedes before deciding on what car to replace her highlander. The service was awesome and Eric was extremely helpful and friendly. He was kind enough to pull a showroom car out for us to drive and took us out on a great and scenic test drive. One of the best salesperson I've ever met. I would highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. I ask for tire repair and maintenance service for my car. They ask me for over $1,600 for my tire repair. After I remained they that I have a tire insurance, they said the service is not included.
However the tire s nail was covered before when I did service in Anaheim.
When I arrived to pick up my car, I have waited for almost 1 hour. The nail had not be fixed, and no one told me that.
My experience here has greatly reduced my impression of Mercedes-Benz. I will not serve in this store in the future, nor will I consider buying Mercedes-Benz cars.

I just wanted to say that this dealership took awesome care of me. I had the easiest, smoothest transaction and it was done over the phone. I was shopping for a new car and also had a trade in. I saw a car I was interested in on the website and this dealership immediately called me. The salesman s name was Alex Aviles. Alex took the time with me and said if i wanted the car they would do all the paperwork over the phone with me and then deliver the car to me and pick up the trade in. I couldn t believe how easy it was. Sight unseen from 100 miles away.
My loan was approved in a couple of hours and my car was delivered two days later in pristine condition. It is a certified vehicle and looks beautiful and rides like a dream. David Baker delivered the vehicle and was kind enough to link all my controls together and answer any questions before taking my trade in back to the dealership.
I also dealt with Salesman Charles McCarthy who was professional and made my car purchase experience one I will always remember.

Left my car to get serviced and no one bothers to ...

Left my car to get serviced and no one bothers to call for an update + when i tried to call it had taken over 6 attempts for them to finally answer just to tell me that they'll reach me back when someone is available. This place was great at first but now the way they are working is unprofessional and very poor to not even offer decent customer service. I will most likely have to stop coming here unfortunately due to the inconvenience and terrible customer service/communication.

2016 G550 32k miles..leaking drip of oil every few...

2016 G550 32k miles..leaking drip of oil every few days for months. Couldn't take in for service because of covid and bc it's so hard to schedule appt! CPO exp in 2/2021. I have an extended warranty through MBUSA. I tell the service advisor that the car has been babied...not off-roaded and he has the gall to say that I should have driven the car harder and that the cars tend to do better.

Long story short rear main seal has a leak. This would normally be covered under the extended warranty, but of course Fletcher Jones Motorcars found a way to try and not cover it. They are saying both...BOTH the left and right oil separators have gone bad (before 32k miles on the car...this is unheard of) and because these oil separators are not covered under the Mercedes extended warranty, they will not cover any of the repair. They want me to pay 7k dollars for a car that is driving great, no check engine light, not burning of oil.

I asked the service manager how they know the oil separators went bad first....maybe the rear main seal failed leading to the oil separators going bad and he said "I don't have a crystal ball." Problem is he's presenting this story to Mercedes Benz North America and therefore they are denying the claim.

Truly disgraceful. Be weary of servicing here. I have a car out of CPO warranty which would normally cover everything (this expired around 6 months ago...leak was happening then as well) and I purchased a Mercedes warranty on top of it. Good to know Fletcher Jones and Mercedes really stand behind their vehicles.
