After spending days running back and fourth due to lack of information that they forget to provide, i finally landed a deal and signed all their paperwork, went to the bank.... got a certified cashiers check for the downpayment, since i had to provide certificates of insurance, i was calling a few companies. The next day i finally got all the insurance ready to pay and send them their requirements.... and then they give me a call saying "the underwriters canceled the deal". DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!

Also, when you walk in their office, theres a big sign that says "review us on google" . Well, here's your Review !!!.

Horrible department to deal with, wasted entire day. Then after several days they denied me after I offered 100k in down payment!
Don t waste your time!
