These guys always try to get our trucks up and running ASAP. They give progress reports and don't mind pop in visits. I will continue to use them moving forward.

Our truck broke down close to this shop on a Mon and Billy told us he may not get to us till Wed. We got a motel room expecting to stay the week. They got us up and running by Wed and even fixed our broken food handle. True professionals! And the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't reccomend this shop enough!!

We take our buses here to get worked on and they do a great job and the turnaround on getting our buses back is really good!

Have used them several times on our equipment. Their outside sakes rep works hard for me too

It is disappointing to write this review. However I feel I have a duty to inform the public of Fleet Services of Tulsa's dishonest management. I took our truck in for an oil change and ended up with a massive bill over $17,000. The mechanics are great but the management team is dishonest. I authorized $1000 budget to track down an oil pressure problem. I was adamant that I be contacted for authorization if the bill would be over $1,000. A few days after I droped the truck off I was contacted and informed that had a big problem. When we went to look at the truck the engine had been disassembled to the point it would cost over $3500 to put it back together. This was only to diagnosis the problem. We were considering getting a second opinion since they estimated a $17,000 repair bill and had not contacted me prior to disassembling my engine. At this point I had a big bill, the intial issue unresolved and my back against a corner. The manager Steve Walter offered us a 30 day term on 50% of the final bill. This was an unsolicited offer to entice us to have the truck repaired with them. Reluctantly we agreed to have the truck repaired. They quoted us one week to complete the the repairs, however three weeks later we finally get the okay for us to pick our truck up. This time delay alone cost me over 25k in revenue. Unfortunately when it came time to pay the bill they once again dishonered our agreement. They demand payment in full and Steve Walter was conveniently in meeting's for the next two days and unable to speak with us about the terms he had offered. So they take your truck, do additional unauthorized work, get you to agree to additional work under false pretense, and then go back on their word. How can you trust anything from this company. Then to add insult to injury the account manager rushed a technician to us as we are starting the truck to take it on a test drive as if we where going to steal our own truck. I will never use or recommend Fleet Service's of Tulsa to anyone. Just plain dishonest.

The team at Fleet Service of TULSA has ALWAYS taken such great care of our fleet vehicles! They treat people with respect and are very professional. I take a lot of pride in finding a good, honest mechanic and these guys have never let us down! So happy to do business with Fleet Service! Great job!

My experience has been awesome. Had to put truck in shop, excellent service all the way through. Provided transportation to and from hotel. Everyone very nice. I will come here for future problems if any occur. I recommend them to any driver.
