They send multiple letters contradicting themselves in each. One stating they received a check from insurance, the next stating they want me to pay THEM in full saying I m liable and I have no insurance (I do and they mentioned it in the previous letter), and then a third letter with a completely different quote and the first two were sent to a totally different address.
Totally unprofessional, Threatening tones, and violations of the Americans with disabilities act.

Fleet Response is nothing more than SCAM ARTISTS. Just received a letter from FR representing their client ESTEE LAUDER. Letter is nothing more than harassing, attempt to intimidate and absolutely full of incorrect information. If you deal with these folks, be sure to have your facts, document all conversations, do not trust any information they provide. I have also reported this matter to ESTEE LAUDER fraud and compliance.

Horrible company to deal with. Extremely rude. We have refused to provide services for the company for non payment.
If you provide services to any of their vehicles I suggest getting payment directly from drivers.

** 3 Month Update **
My opinions enumerated below this update all remain the same and I would say even more positive. Great company, really. They feed us all the time.. Good pay, fun atmosphere... Everyone has a voice. And this deal about the adjusters, claim reps, etc.. being rude or trying to not give someone a fair shake is just hogwash. While I do not work in these departments (I am a software developer) I work closely WITH them, have gotten to know many of them (we are to big for me to know everyone) and I just wow... The long hiring process is evident in the company culture; there is NO WAY I believe that anyone here has been less then exceedingly helpful to folks when they call.

** End 3 month Update **

As a new employee I can tell you the everyone is is super friendly. I have an office near the call center. I am confused by some of the reviews I read because these people could not be nicer on the phone. I fear some of these reviews are a by-product of people not getting their way; that's not how it works in real life.

I have been here for 3 weeks and while I suppose it is still the honeymoon period I can say that I really like the company AND the team I work with. My boss is super nice, knowledgeable and accommodating;

I am a developer so I can tell you that working with a team where everyone is really knowledgeable is a breath of fresh air!

I will update this review after I have been here 6 months and at one year.

They refuse to call back, expect you to drive your vehicle 2 hours away to get looked at. Had someone actually called me back and had a conversation this might be a different review. I have left message, after message, and nothing until a week and a half later where they said that they were denying the claim based on the fact their driver was on on the clock when he hit me. Coverage does NOT end when the vehicle isn't in operation. Ridiculous.

I've done a lot of business with Fleet Response over the past few years. I prepaid for many driver training programs. I shut down my business and their policy is to not refund prepaid programs. They won't let me transfer my credits to another contractor either. So, buyer beware!!!!! This is poor customer service and borderline fraud. I'd recommend that their auditor review their books carefully.
