I stopped by to get my son fitted for shoes for the up coming cross country season. I was thoroughly impressed by the process and the knowledge of the employee that helped us. (Eric). After looking at the prices of the different shoes while Eric was in the back, I was surprised the shoes he recommended were not the priciest ones one the shelf. Which makes me think that it really is about getting the best shoes for the customer. I definitely will be back to get running shoes for myself in the future and would like to thank Eric and the rest of the staff for such a great experience.

Team members there LISTEN to what you, as the customer, is needing and wanting. They take the time to help educate you on what is best for your foot and do their best to fit you with their knowledge and tools in the store! The best part of it all, there is ZERO pressure to buy! I never once got the feeling I HAD to purchase anything (though I did!) or that they were inconvenienced with all my questions. Just a great running store all around!

The sales service was great. I have a short foot with a high instep 6 1/2 W that is hard to find. They sized my foot and I had a choice which is almost unheard of in a store.

Always love my experiences with Fleet Feet Nashville and my recent trip to the Green Hills location was no exception! I went in with my 2 kids and my husband. We were greeted promptly and I was assisted in finding the perfect fit in new running shoes.

The gentleman actually MEASURED my feet! That has not been done in about 40 years! Knew the product I was interested in WELL!

I have worn the same style of running shoes for several years now and then they stopped making them. After buying 3 pairs I didn't like I chose to come to your green hills location where I had someone help me find exactly what I needed. He measures my foot and watched me walk and then gave me several options to choose from. I have ran a few times with the new shoes I purchased now and they are great.

Laurel at the Green Hills/ Brentwood location has completely changed my life. I have incredibly high arches and slight overpronation - which leads to Achilles tendinitis. She not only analyzed my walk - but my feet by using a (very cool) computer. After trying on three different shoes, and learning how to properly put on a shoe ( gotta tap the heel! ) I left with a brand new pair of Hoka s - I m completely in love with the comfort. Laurel was so amazing at fitting me with a brand new pair of shoes, that my mom who flew up from Florida actually left with a new pair of shoes and inserts as well! Needless to say - Laurel has made a huge impact on both of us, from the ground up.

I wish I asked the guy that helped me his name the day I was in. I needed a new pair of shoes and my half is 30 days out. He was so helpful and patient while I made my decision. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will be back anytime I need running supplies.

As busy as this store was I was very impressed be the level of service!

I showed up 5min before closing on Sunday, and the staff was more than happy in helping me in finding new shoes! Best customer service I have recieved since I can remember. I am a hairstylist in a high end salon and told every client in my chair today to come get the "Right" shoes immediately! I was able to add 1.6 miles to my usual run this morning with less fatigue then ever!! 10+!! I will be back soon!

I was in the store on Saturday, June 22, and David assisted me. He was so patient and spent a lot of time finding the best tennis shoes for my activities and foot issues. He also kept my 10 year old grandson entertained talking about NBA basketball and sent me away with a pair of athletic socks to try at his expense. I will definitely come back and tell all my friends and family to shop there. I am a satisfied customer and very impressed by the level of service and knowledge of the staff.

Had an excellent experience. They were very kind, fitted me by watching me walk and measuring my feet digitally (didn't know I had 2 different sized feet ) and gave me 3 excellent recommendations. Could go outside and run down the sidewalk with them (it was raining)

Ended up buying the Brooks Caldera 4, they are literally the best feeling shoes I've ever walked in. They didnt charge for the fitting either, shoes were the same price as they were online so TOTALLY worth going to a place like this if you run alot.

They have a good selection of shoes, but after the waiting over thirty minutes just to try on a pair I finally just left without being helped. I'd rather take my business someone with better customer service.

Fleet Feet combines expertise, dedication to customers, kindness and patience ...what else do you need? Your feet are the shock absorbers for hitting the pavement; so important! Without this knowledge, one might end up with the wrong pair and end up with a foot ailment or worse, injury.

I am I heavy pronator so I got some special shoes to help counteract that, and I also got some inserts so that I can give my existing shoes some longevity. Win win

Jonathan was very knowledgable and asked good questions re what I was needing for my specific foot problems. I liked the digital machine to size my feet etc.He brought out excellent shoe choices to try on. And I'm very happy with the HOKA shoes that I bought- I noticed a big improvement in my foot comfort after wearing them the next day. Great service and products! Prices were good too:)

If I could rate this store a zero I would. Just left the Hillsboro location. My friend recommended going to this store. I get there NO ONE spoke nor offered any assistance. There were 3 sales associates on the floor. 2 of the 3 associates looked me in the face and said nothing. When I worked in customer service even if you were with another customer you'd acknowledge the incoming guest and set the expectation that you'd be with them in a moment. I got none of that. I will never spend my money in a place where I'm not acknowledged.

Was in the area and in need of some good workout shoes. So I googled some places and this turned up and had great reviews. I walked into the place and was warmly greeted. The gentleman that approached me was a young guy named David, who was very knowledgeable about running shoes. Gave really great service from advice, personal experience, and foot ID that he performed to get a good variety of shoes to recommend. heck he even untied my shoes and opened them for me to put on. I felt like Cinderella putting on the glass slipper. Not only did he help me on the workout shoes but with the service he gave I walked out of there with some good running shoes as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU RE LOOKING FOR GREAT SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE ADVICE AND A GREAT VARIETY OF RUNNING SHOES AT A GOOD PRICE. Also, may wanna check out their clearance section too. I m so glad I did some research and found fleet feet! I ve been wanting to get back into daily walking. I ve struggled with plantar fasciitis and had a surgery through the years. They mapped my feet and recommended shoes. I ve had them for a few days and so far they are the most comfortable shoe I ve owned! Zero pain and my toes even feel wonderful! This place is wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave the store with the shoe that you need. The 3D scan they take of your feet is super cool, and it helps determine exactly what your feet need. I took my daughter into our local store recently for a new pair of sneakers. She's 8 and the Fleet Feet staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I especially appreciated the technology used to analyze her feet. She's on her third summer camp with those shoes, loves them and we will definitely be back to visit this store and the great team in Green Hills.

Cons: I was forced to wear a mask to enter the facility. I was forced to bend to their irrational fears to buy a pair of shoes. I've been in and out of businsess in Nashville for the past past two weeks. Including goverment facilities! I was not forced to wear a mask at any of them. If I didn't need the damn shoes I would have walked away. It's back to runners warehouse I go. Sorry locally owned buisness you put your politics first.

Fleet Feet has the nicest people working there. They listen to you, scan your feet, watch you walk and take to heart what you say. My daughter works on her by feet all day and was in pain due to poor support and the wrong shoe for the job. Fleet Feet fixed her right up and she comes home with a smile every day. They know what they are doing! I wouldn t go anywhere else.

I love that the team at Fleet Feet takes a combination of my unique feet, gait, stance, and what I would wear the shoes to do into mind when recommending a pair of shoes. I am pretty outside the norm (I supinate and have narrow feet) and have trouble finding a shoe that meets all my needs. I always love how Feet Fleet will tell you exactly what shoe you need and then they size you correctly. Priceless!

Your firm should make it clear that you demand complete customer satisfaction. If a shoe does not feel or fit properly, you have 60 days to seek an exchange. I made the mistake of buying online, and received a shoe that caused pain, and I do not have foot issues. Even though I shipped the shoe back the next day, no refund or exchange was allowed. In retrospect, Fleet Feet has prices nearly as good, yet a much, much higher quality customer service experience. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.
