Great shop for INDIVIDUAL help. All the sales people know exactly what they are doing and how to help you by fitting a shoe to your foot.

The sales associate that helped me out was so knowledgeable and helpful! I felt like a million bucks when I put on that "right" pair of shoes and knew that they were the ones for me. I'm so thankful that I stopped in, and I'll be sending my husband in soon! Don't be afraid to come here for just normal lifestyle sneakers- you don't have to be a runner to shop here!

The shoe fitting process was quick and easy, and the 3D foot scan was helpful. Turns out I was wearing a half size too small! The shoe options I got to try on were all great. Jake Rainey was THE most professional person I have ever dealt with when buying shoes. He was very inviting and knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He didn t just push an expensive shoe on me - which I was initially worried may happen going in as a first time customer and slightly new to running. He gave me 3 different options tailored off the 3D scanned biometrics of my foot and discussed the pros and cons of each one. He answered all of the questions I had. He also recommended great products that would go along with my purchase such as shoe inserts and running gear (though I opted out of the extras on the initial purchase, I will definitely go back). I felt very comfortable and trusting in him, and it made the purchasing process an ease for me - especially since I am so indecisive. I honestly felt like I was asking an old friend for advice. He even offered some running tips and training classes that could help me out along the way of reaching my running goals. I can t say enough great things about Jake and the Fleet Feet company as a whole!!! Btw: After my first run I felt like I was running in shoes that were built for me. Thanks!!

The lady I worked with was incredibly helpful and informative. She got me into a great pair of shoes (Brooks Glycerin 12) and checked the "on sale" table before going to the wall. Walked out with a $150 pair of shoes for $105, can't beat that!

This store is the best!!! They give a 3d analysis of your feet, and a gait analysis to ensure you get the running shoes best for YOU. The large selection is top-of-the-line products: everything from running shoes to sports bras. I bought a pair of socks that were the best I'd ever worn! Wish I'd bought more. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and NICE. This is a must stop if you are a runner. I'll definitely be back!

Differentiates itself from big box stores with its attention to service, specifically fitting customers for shoes. It sounds like a small thing but it's huge. Brooks, Mizuno, Nike, Hoka, Newton, New Balance, Asics, New Balance and more, plus an extensive apparel selection.

The foot scan provided some great information to help narrow down what shoes will be right for me, I d definitely recommend any runner (especially beginners) stop by a Fleet Feet and get properly measured up. The associate that helped me out was both patient and very knowledgeable, bringing out multiple different shoes to try on and really help me find the right pair for me. Could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back in the future.

I have never been in a Fleet Feet before. My sister and mom went in to get my sister shoes because the doctor recommended she go there to get fitted for the right shoes but my mom asked me to come in as well during their time. The customer service was over the top and excellence in Nashville at Green Hills. James was the man and took such good care of both my sister and I to find the shoe we would not only love but also feel comfortable in. I will definitely be coming back to get more shoes, buy cloths, and some accessories. Etc

Customer service at Fleet Feet is off the charts. I've been in the store twice, each time the service was attentive, empathic, knowledgeable, engaging and just down right friendly. My first experience was to buy a dozen pairs of SwiftWick Socks for gifts for a high school cross-country team visiting Nashville from Pittsburgh. I'm glad to shop in a place that supplies and supports local companies. My latest trip to the store was for shoe measurement, and the process and technology was very confidence-building. Malin helped me with finding the right pair of shoes, it was close to closing time and yet she took her time and was very thorough. I am not a runner and was looking for shoes for work but I did not feel like an outcast, they made me feel welcome and I was very satisfied with every aspect of my experience.

I needed to get trail running shoes. Haven't run in years, got a few foot issues, am over 50, and had never bought specialized shoes before. Appointment setting was easy. Store made sure to make me feel safe- employees and other customer (limited entry) masked up, with someone stationed at the door. Malin made me feel at home and we talked about my needs and issues/features to look for. Didn't talk down to me and still fully explained the things I knew nothing about. The 3D imagery of my feet and her visual assessment of my walking and standing was spot on. She came back with 3 different options I might like. I test drove them, and decided on a pair. This is a great store that will really help you find the right shoes for your exercise needs. I'm not any kind of regular exercise person. They put me at ease and helped me get the right shoes for my first, feeble attempts at healthiness.

Really great experience - they have a good selection of running shoes, clothes, etc. What sets them apart is attentive service - the sales person listened to me, asked good questions and offered some good suggestions. He was also knowledgeable about products. My feet were digitally measured, looking at size, width, and arch. The COVID protocols were sensible and didn't interfere with the experience.

My 8 year old needed some inserts for her flat feet. The sales man was very helpful and didn't try to push anything on us.

Johnathan was very informative and knowledgeable about the shoes and how they fit properly to different feet issues, and I was fortunate he was available when fitting me into a new pair of New Balance shoes. These shoes were indicated by the creator of custom insole inserts that I am to obtain in two days. However, immediately upon walking in these shoes I had much more comfort and foot control than with my old pair of Keens. Additionally, it was discovered (I had forgotten) that 12.5" length was better than 13". It has been years since I have been into a shoe store that had shoes in 1/2 sizes when over 12". Now I have a wonderful pair of 12 1/2" shoes.Johnathan was very patient and explained everything to my satisfaction. He was also very personable and I could tell he had a passion getting the right shoes on his customers. Thank you again, Johnathan for a job well done.

James set me up with a great pair of shoes. I've put a little over 30 miles on them over the past couple of weeks and some blisters I was dealing with have not returned. The customer service was awesome, the return policy is great, and overall I felt like I was getting quality service (which is what running stores should be about).

Alex was a fantastic ambassador to Fleet Feet. He asked good questions to understand my running goals and preferences, assessed my biomechanics and then suggested shoes that met those needs. I really appreciated the time he spent weighing out the pros and cons of each shoe while also suggesting running groups and trails that would help me get acquainted with Nashville's running culture.

Typical fleet feet store. Couple of knocks. First, during the day this can be a painful place to access because of the difficult ingress/egress at this shopping center. Second, the staff seemed a little unsure of themselves when I asked a few questions about products in the store.
