My wife and I went in recently for running shoes. I was shocked as to how running shoes or any shoes are supposed to feel. I suffer from shin splits which are no fun! Tracy was VERY professional, patient, and knowledgeable of how shoes should fit and on explaining the scanning of our feet. We purchased shoes and are happy with them! Will definitely be going back in the future. These treadmills and trails aren t ready to see some real super sonic speed with these shoes I have now.

I've been in twice - once to buy decent running shoes and then again to get insoles and some oofos sandals when I developed planar fasciitis. Both times, staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If you're looking for quality products and well trained staff, do yourself a favor, and just go here first.

I had just had knee surgery about 2 months ago and had went back to work and still wasn t able to walk the same. So went to fleet feet. Gail scanned my feet, brought different shoes out to try. And was so very kind. I didn t feel rushed. Monday morning at work, I was back 100%. So this review is a week after and I am feeling great and walking so much better!!

I came into the store on a Sunday afternoon, and had to wait about 30 minutes to be addressed. Not mad though because there is a sign up board and I knew right away they had several people ahead of me. Paul ended up helping me find the most comfortable shoes for my traumatized feet. He was super nice and actually made me laugh a lot. Gave me options to try and was honest and upfront about price and everything. There was a sales spiel but I did not feel pressure to buy. Very satisfied with the visit and will certainly be back when I need another pair.

I bought my second pair of brooks levitate 2 running shoes. The shoes feel great. I received excellent service. I was in an out in less than 5 minutes. I was able to get back to trucking in no time.

I was pretty sure of what I needed when I walked in the door having completed hours of internet research. As it turned out, I was not so informed after all. Robin took care of me and she did all the things that make Fleet Feet a specialty shop. She did the measurement on their machine and watched me walk and sized my feet much differently than what I thought they were! Then she brought me 3 different shoes to try based on her data. They all felt great but one stood out and after some useful conversation, that's what I bought. Robin said: "at the big box stores they take care of your size, here we take care of your feet." Pretty good, eh? Thank you Robin for your outstanding service ~ I couldn't have asked for better care!

Great service! Came in and was sized and found a pair I wanted but they were not available in my size. My shoes were ordered and i was called four days later. Shoes fit perfectly and I will be back when it's time to get another pair.

When I walked in I wasn t sure if anything would help my feet but after wearing the shoes and inserts for a couple of weeks my feet feel better than they ve felt in the past 3 years! Robin was very patient and let me try different shoes with more than one insert. She didn t try to rush me. She wanted to be sure I bought the right shoes and inserts. I ve told several people at church and recommend anyone with foot problems goes to Fleet Feet!

My husband was in need of new walking shoes. Krista assisted him him in finding the perfect shoes. Fleet Fleet is different than other shoe stores as they give personal attention to their customers by scanning their feet to ensure a perfect fit. As it turned out, my husband was wearing a shoe that was actually too small. She was friendly and professional and brought out several options which would suit his needs. They are not high pressure in their sales technique which we appreciated but more importantly their goal is clearly customer satisfaction. Good fitting shoes are very important, especially when you are elderly. We highly recommend Fleet Feet.

I bought a pair of hokas that didn't last but 6 months. I was upset,but took them in to see what could be done. They're gladly sending them back due to the shoes being defective. This makes all the difference in being a repeat customer.

Demetria was so helpful. I have been struggling with shin splints recently and figured it was time for new shoes. She looked at the wear pattern on my old shoes and was able to tell what shoes would benefit me. She brought out several shoes for me to try and listened as I explained what I liked and didn't like about each shoe. She then brought out a few more to try and I found 2 pair that I think will help me. Demetria actually listened and was so knowledgeable about the shoes, she knew which ones would eliminate some of the discomforts I felt. I was so impressed and will definitely return.

Took my 15 year old to get a high quality shoe after completing Physical Therapy on her knee after her knee cap dislocated. The scan they did in store of her foot showed exactly what type of support she needed. Our associate was very knowledgeable and listened to her activity and problems with her bio-mechanics. We felt like she was heard and she is very happy to have shoes that not only feel good, they also project confidence she isn't going to re-injure her knee.

Staff were very personal and knowledgeable about a chronic problem; very positive and upbeat that the issue is manageable and that my fitness goal to participate in the Special Kids Race in March is highly likely! Hurray!

They sell your standard fare of shoes. Nike, Asics, Mizuno, Saucony, etc. Not a lot on the side of clothes. In general, the store is small with limited selection. They do have pretty fair sales occasionally (I went today and got BOGO 50%), which is nice.
When it comes to shoe fitting/guidance, I think it really depends on who you get. I have had employees who offer little explanation as to why I should choose the $120 pair of shoes, and other who can reasonably explain.
However, my biggest qualm with this establishment is the fact that it feels like I m walking into a car dealership. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately hounded by employees trying to get me to buy their merchandise. It was offsetting. Don t get me wrong, some of the employees are very nice and friendly, but the whole vibe turned me off a bit.

The staff at Fleet Feet are well-trained to find the right pair if shoes for any foot type. As well,?they are ver friendly which helps make the experience more pleasant and made my wife and I comfortable . I bought a pair of shoes there 18 months ago which have helped my feet keep from hurting so much in a stand and walk all day environment. My wife has the same job situation and we both left with a new pair of very comfortable shoes each. As long as we have the same work environment we ll continue to buy at Fleet Feet for the most comfortable and supportive shoes available.

When I went in, I had a price point I wanted to spend. That quickly went out the window. The knowledge of the staff was excellent, suggested many add-ons to improve my overall running experience. Though I spent more than I intended, I'm just over 36 hours owning the new shoes with just over 7 miles on them so far and I couldn't be happier. As I told the guy, i came there versus a larger variety store to get better advice, suggestions and a narrowed selection specific to my purpose. When it comes to running shoes, I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

What did I love about my visit? Everything. That you know what you're talking about, you can tell me exactly what my feet need, your employees are willing to put in the hard work of making sure I am provided with what I want and what I need. I really appreciate the professionalism of your staff, how they measured my feet, gave me a lot of different options, were patient, and help put on my shoes and tied them over and over again for as many times as it took to get the right pair. And the prices were absolutely competitive with me buying from any other place I could buy running shoes, but about 1,000 times the quality.

A little disappointed. Normaly great service but went in today and was looking at some running watches (he was a bit reluctant on getting one out to show me) the guy told me that someone was trying to steal one the other day. Guess he thought I was going to try and steal one also. (We just bought 2 pairs of shoes a couple weeks back) They do not sell cheap products here. They should be a bit more careful how they approach people. My wife even asked me why he was acting that way.
