I was interviewed here. Went through four rounds. During the interview I got to know the shift was from 9pm to 6am. I was honestly dampened to know about this. I did not have a great feeling throughout the whole interview process. I was later contacted after three days and was told that I would need to come for 'salary related discussion'. During the interview I was clear about my asking price hence I politely declined the invite. By that time I had already joined a MNC at Manyata tech park which flatworld was aware. I'm now happy with my job and don't regret my decision.

No cab facility no allowances not best place to work but okay

Had a meeting with Israel Paul, director and chief of HR. Fantastic person , kind , compassionate, humanitarian , indeed a great asset. May his tribe increase in our country. This country is definitely in need of such persons.

Actually this company dont deserve one star, please I request the candidates not to attend interview here. Let me explain what happened.

I had been for the interview here firstly they made me to wait for 1hr, later Hr Ms. Kaveri talked with me and she was good in interaction, and later Hr said to talk with operations head about the work that's it everything was finalized.

Now here comes the head Ms GEETA she is not a technical person or head, she was non technical but still she took the interview I have answered the all questions she not even able to use the technical words as well, she got the inferiority complex that I will take her position if I join so she said I don't have experience in communication with clients although m a project management consultant.

So guys don't waste ur precious time they don't deserve the best candidates they need the programmed candidates and these will program them

My worst experience in interview they waited me for more than four hours at last IT manager rejected me without asking any technical questions worst IT manager never faced this kind of attitude person in my life without lunch I waiting there . after selecting 2 rounds of interview IT manager rejected without any proper reason don't play your attitude over interview if u will be in same place how it will fell.

Very much approachable space with ample parking space. Car parking is behind the company which can be approached after Reliance Digital signal, through a small gully in the left.

In this company no any good facilities and no cab the worst HR in this office not responsible person, even HR is not doing his work properly bcoz one of the staff he resigned his job till his not getting his PF and the HR is not mentioned his end of the date so if that staff trying to call him but his not responding call Even by mail also his trying to contact no response from The HR

STAY AWAY! So far, this company is a scam. What I was sold and what I've received are totally different. The matter is currently unresolved and I want to work this out but if you're reading this it remains unresolved and pay heed.

Very bad experience working with Vinod Kumar. I simply reached out to get a quote for transcribing 60+ audio files, after 2 WEEKS of bad grammar, communication, and countless requests for a quote, Vinod sends me 10 audio files out of the 60 and demands that I pay him. This is a joke of company, find a local talent for your needs. I even took a screenshot of Vinods sentences that seem eery and almost threat like.

No work Ethics, poorly managed, No payment to supplier, Shoddy work these are main feature of Flatworld Solutions. Founded by Mr. David Anthony - A money minded person.

Stay away from such cheap minded people even from their shadow.

Worst interview for mechanical hr also simpley doing pass with candidates and manager also will not ask properly.

Using Flatworld Solutions for graphic outsourcing was not a positive experience for me.
Lack of sufficient project feedback, too many unnecessary mistakes within the document proofs, and a very long wait (over one month for the finished document). When it was finally delivered to me corrected, it ended up being unusable due to a coding glitch.
I am very dissatisfied with the complete process, as well as time wasted on waiting, the lack of attention to detail, and the unusable finished product. No, I will never use them again!

Employees here are treated as road side daily labor

It's a good platform to gather the skills for Design Engineers and also a moderated level of work space.

Was wondering how a company can deliver so many different types of services. When the boss is not specialized in the industry, they have to hire a manager. Most likely outcome is the manager will feed the boss some story and the boss has to eat it because he has no options and is not specialized in the industry. More costs for customer and inevitable delays.

Glad I checked them out before using their services.
