Using Flatworld Solutions for graphic outsourcing was not a positive experience for me.
Lack of sufficient project feedback, too many unnecessary mistakes within the document proofs, and a very long wait (over one month for the finished document). When it was finally delivered to me corrected, it ended up being unusable due to a coding glitch.
I am very dissatisfied with the complete process, as well as time wasted on waiting, the lack of attention to detail, and the unusable finished product. No, I will never use them again!
