About Flathood
We are creating an organised tech-enabled end to end transactional platform with an on-ground presence through a network of our own brokers and/or Flathood certified partner brokers.
Many property listing portals are present in the discovery of properties but there are very few real estate companies which work in the transactional phase. This phase is operationally heavy and is catered to by local expert dealers only.
House search begins on listing sites which are full of fake and outdated listings. At the ground level, no professional services are present. Customers have to call multiple brokers in multiple localities to look for houses. After sales service is totally absent. They also do not get proper knowledge about localities and rates. We are solving these problems by enabling technology so that a user can find a home in minimum time.
