Flat Creek Motel Inn & Mart Review

Very nice, gigantic room for a fair price. Staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds & everything perfectly clean. A big plus for us was the free airport shuttle. Will stay here again when visiting the Jackson area

One of the many motels we stayed at along our roadtrip from WV to WY. Hands down the best view we had! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. It is an older hotel but a great location, outside of the main Jackson downtown area, and on the way to the Park. The king-bed room was just fine. The bathrooms need updating but are adequate. You park your car in front of your room (if on ground level, which we were), which is nice to unload/load/etc, you don't have to bother with going thru a lobby or doing an elevator/stairs. The bed/pillows were very good. There was a refrigerator/(small freezer) in the room, which was nice for us to store leftovers and other things in. The street noise at night was not bad at all. The young man, Quinn, in the office was very courteous and helpful. The room does not have a "view", just a curtained window on to the parking lot area, so if you plan on spending a good amount of your time in your room, look elsewhere. But we were very pleased with this hotel, overall.

The only way to experience Jackson! Wake up in the morning to clouds coming over Sleeping Indian and get yourself a complimentary hot drink from the attached gas station. The Inn is just outside of town, so you don't have to listen to everyone's late night parties. Don't let the price scare you, it is one the most affordable prices for a summer night in Jackson.

Wow, I love this place. It was already my favorite, then I walked outside to get my luggage and a doe was outside going to the office to get food. I was headed to the office to have the staff come hang up the curtains just a few minutes after they closed for the night. The extremely nice gentleman came to hang the curtains in the room before leaving for the night. (They had just finished renovating the room.) So impressive. Besides the extra, extra care the housekeeping staff spend a ton of time in the room to make every truly exceptional a few different towel animals in the room, besides all the Kleenex and the toilet paper crafted to look like Rose's. So beautiful! Best hotel ever in Jackson!

I booked a room and immediately disclosed that I have a service animal. I was asked what my service animal was for. When I refused to disclose as to disclose to it give my diagnosis and that is against the law. They told me to cancel my reservation or be charged $300 for bringing my service animal. Extremely disappointed with the individuals that are running this place.

Clean. Convenient. Quiet. Really close to the elk refuge with great views.

This place was horrendous!!! Dirtiest rooms I have ever seen bugs everywhere do not even consider this is by far the worst place in the town the beds where the worst.

We stayed here for one night in June. The room is clean and spacious. The owner provided free coffee. We enjoyed the stay here. There is 5 minutes drive to Jackson downtown. But the price is good enough to choose here. Will definitely come back. The room also has refrigerator and coffee machine, that is super nice!

This place was clean, people are extremely friendly and helpful the rooms had a fridge & microwave. You get all the coffee and hot chocolate you want 24/7 as well as ice which is a plus. The only down side is that it's not really that close in the middle of the town and it's not really walking distance either. Other than that it's lovely.

We had a great time at the Flat Creek Inn! This family run hotel also has a gas station and convenient store. It is in a great location, especially if you are visiting Grand Teton National Park. Super convenient, great view, away from the crowded downtown Jackson, clean, and friendly staff. Glad we stayed here. The convenient store clerk Quinn was especially helpful! We look forward to returning.

There s a lot of problems of this place.... it s unacceptable for it being in a great spot in Jackson Hole. They don t listen to the customers needs. I m really disappointed in this place, I only live an hour away from there and due to winter conditions I couldn t commute back home. Worst hotel to be in.

Lack of communication and hospitality. Especially the cleanliness, it s horrible because there was a layer of dust on the lamp and a ball of hair in the sheets.

Dirty establishment.

We stayed there during a trip up Grand Teton National Park and we loved the little motel. Super close to the park, helpful staff and the views from each room are amazing! Definitely would recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was especially helpful. Its right outside of Jackson on your way to the Tetons. I'd recommend staying there to anyone.

A clean, comfy room walking distance from Jackson. We were given loads of info about the area when we checked in, including free helpful hiking maps and a dining guide. Everyone was friendly. Loved our stay.

I absolutely love the flat creek inn and would highly recommend! It s alittle more rustic then some of the luxury hotels in town/resort, but it s clean, comfortable, affordable, and most importantly has an amazing view! See elk right out the front door and a family of deer right out the back! Thank you Kyle for making sure customer service is 100% all the time!

Very clean and the mart has great items you might have forgot at home. Prices aren't terrible.

We had a wonderful stay here! Anything we needed was well taken care of. The room was comfortable, and it was great to finally stay somewhere with free WiFi. The staff were kind, and the inn was located next to a nice little Park area. Good location right next to Grand Tetons!

There was some room confusion at check in that finally got sorted out; once we got settled in, everything was good. The facilities and room were clean and everything was in working order. There was/is some maintenance going on so some parking was roped off. The rooms were pretty quiet. The views were great. The National Elk Refuge is across the highway and there were upwards of 5-8000 elk within view. A strong camera lens or binoculars will help. You need to stop in the market and try a Jackson Hole Soda. Pretty tasty old fashioned soda. We stayed for two nights and all in all the stay was definitely worth the price of the room. Our room was a 1/3 of the price of most accommodations downtown and far less commotion going on. We recommend Flat Creek Inn.

Lovely room, nice location for in/out of Grand Teton NP. Staff were very pleasant, I enjoyed my stay.

stayed here, 4 nights, July 22-26/2016. since unable to find lodging in Teton, Nat. park, this motel was the next best alternative as located within reasonable driving distance to either the Moran entrance or the Moose entrance.
A 2 story motel, we stayed on the first floor in the section farthest from the office and store, so relatively quiet. Nice view of the Elk refuge and surrounding hills across the street, but never saw any elk.
Room clean, though furniture a little shabby, bed too soft, freezer needed defrosting, housekeeping a little careless, after we had been there a couple of nights ie: did not replace coffee packets or sugar and creamer packets, or the beverage cups and we had to call for them. Tea bags were not available, had to buy my own. Did not wipe up a dried spill on the kitchen sink counter so one assumes counter was not wiped . However nice to have a frig and microwave and convenience of sink for light meal prep.
Staff and management pleasant and accommodating.
Paid.$ 199.00/per night plus 8% tax., don't know if this is on a par with rate of similar lodging in the area or not.

Was great place to stay at Jackson but have been coming to the hillclimb for the last 20 years and have stayed with you most of the time, but no more because of the price rip off on Fri and Sat ight of the hill climb, dont mind a bump in the price but when you more than double it well enough said but will be staying in town next year and taking my friends with me Sorry yours is nice place to stay Ron Charlie Brown 3 stars because of pricing oonly

This motel has made huge improvements since the new ownership took over. I love the location right across from the elk refuge. My room was clean and comfortable and I was happy to be able to stay in Jackson for an affordable price.

We enjoyed the "Stay and Sleigh" special on Valentine's day. Quite a bargain. The breakfast from the mart was really good. The sleigh ride reservation was made for us by the Flat Creek Inn. Our room was clean and quiet. Not too fancy, but very nice considering the bargain rate. When we got back home I realized I'd left my Kindle on the bed. The Inn mailed it back to me right away. So happy!

Came to visit in the hotel. Comfortable commodities, somewhat spacious rooms. Internet could use some work though.

Rooms are big and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Has something come into her years. Ideally located, just minutes to Jackson and about 20-30 minutes to Grand Teton National Park

An island of calm and helpfulness. Gas price higher than listed on Google maps. Nevertheless, glad I chose to get gas there, towing my camping trailer. Easy access.

Bed is super uncomfortable. Found hair from previous guest or guests. Pictures look a lot nicer than the actual room. To top it off you need to clean your own room during COVID. Why would people pay crazy prices for this type of service?

You cannot beat the view when you stay here! Will absolutely stay here again when I visit Jackson Hole in the future.

We stayed here two nights late in April 2017 and thought is was great, will definitely stay here on our next trip to Jackson. Rooms were clean, neat and comfortable, good TV with Dish satellite, fast stable wifi, the microwave and refrigerator in the room was a surprise and an awesome addition. The staff at the front desk and the little store/gas station were also super nice. Take a walk behind the hotel in the evening, we saw about 40 deer on the hill behind the hotel. Well done Flat Creek.

Good price. Good view. Good room.
Totally worth it.

Fair price for the area. Rooms were clean and efficient. Good internet. Location wasn't great for accessing Jackson stuff, and the store doesn't sell alcohol, but it's on the right side of town if you want to get to the parks without fighting traffic.

Employees were very pleasant and the atmosphere was amazing

Used to be a great place to stay for the money but now their prices have went way up in 2019. In may I was able to get a two bed room condo for less than what they wanted for a room. We have stayed here for years but will not at the prices they want now. I will say the staff has always been friendly and helpful. But for the money there is a lot better deals out there.
