Wrost company faltu management donkey works there only not human beings

Shame on flash electronic and shame on Bajaj automobile who work with flash it is worst but also bad quality of products company .it provides worst food with insects to the employes ..and food for parmant employees are good quality.flash management make partiality with parmant and temporary workers.flash security guard very bad behaviour the have right to speak badly with disrespect with temporary engineer .they don't have any respect to employees.they always trying to looted expensive mobile phone of employees on behalf of ban.salary shows 12500 but in hand only 7500rs how looter campany flash is .. guys be aware frame that campany.

Worst company for the employees...people who are joining there don't waste your time on the donkey work. No growth no comfort not good facilities.Degree holders shouldn't lose your scope. They don't need the employees they only need workers for the donkey work. The worst experience ever......

DISGUSTING...CHEAP Company in d world....I would have given - star to this company..But can't..bcz no such an option is available...Worst Management..Manager Sandip Bidkar is dumb,egoist person so he should be changed immediately.plz don't join this company in any condition.food quality is worst..bus facility is also bad.watchmans,supervisors,and all staff are manners less.Sandip Bidkar is very childish.first throw him out of company.

Now i'm working with Flash and it's best company forever it give much more as compare to other companies...now i spend good experience in here,i'm working in Electronics quality department Quality manager RD sir, senior engineer sg sir, AL sir,SP sir, P sir,AB sir, every person in quality department is very helpfull and co-operative.
Even production department's staff is also very co-operative.i can't take every person name in here,this company give more than my expectation.

One of the most third class company in maharashtra all 12th pass , Diploma, and BE qualified worker are equal in this company . Third class company.

Worst Company...... stay jobless instead of doing job at flash.. they provide you 1 time lunch , but such a worst quality lunch they provide , i m sure you will not stay there more than 5 days. You have work complete 8 hrs by standing especially mechanical and electrical. Sometimes To complete their target they directly orders you to go for overtime. Morning 7 to midnight 12. Very worst Dont go for it.

Easily reachable by cab or personal vehicle. I went there for technical demo.

Every time they take inside of company, take the resumes and tell us to wait for interview call.
But never call.
I wonder what they do with those resumes or cvs which they take from every unemployed person who go there with a hope for a job and return with upset.
Every day more than 50 person were go there for job .
So what they do with resume papers ?
I think they use it for BADAPAV,,
