Their service is always prompt and they make all possible efforts to recommend the best solutions to customise the BigCommerce templates. There is always and answer to a problem. They are good and reliable developers and Flair in general is a very serious agency that I could only recommend to anyone.

We had a specific enhancement we wanted done to the theme that our in house dev team couldn't figure out on their own, I contacted Flair and they provided us with a very reasonable quote for this customization and quick turnaround time. Not only did they complete the project well under the proposed time, but went above and beyond by helping us several times after with questions we had when needing to make our own edits to the theme. We have recently migrated our large site to a new platform. Flair Consultancy has been instrumental in the launching of our new site correctly and quickly. When there were features that our new platform didn't support that we absolutely needed, Flair was always able to find the perfect solutions that fit exactly what we wanted.
