I worked here back when it was Midco Connections and unfortunately it has changed for the worst. At first I love my job, but they gave us many different accounts without any training. It became terrible, the training really needs to improve. The direct supervisors are very good people, but the people above them don't even know your name. When you have to call out to a helpline, you get different answers from everyone, but ultimately you get blamed if something goes wrong on your call, even if the supervisor told you to do it. Just ridiculous.

Unorganized. They basically told me I got the job ended up having 3 interviews. Was very concerned about me taking a pay cut from my old job but I wouldn't have applied if I didn't already know about the wage. I'm glad they did not hire me because they were so Unorganized.

They make employees come to work when travel is shutdown by the city and state. No call is worth risking your safety. What a garbage attitude towards your employees.. money over safety cucks right here.

Your Google page says you are opened 24 hours - but when I called the company just now (4:29 PM MST) I got a message that you were closed. Hard to get excited about hiring you to handle our inbound calls when you don't answer the phone yourselves. Just sayin . . .

Least accessible for disability company I've ever worked for, despite them claiming to be "disability friendly." They care about speed and quantity more than quality, so if you aren't fast don't even bother trying. They pay you to be quick, not to be good.

I absolutely love working for this company. Working here is like working with family. The focus of this group is to ensure employee success which, in turn, ensures company success. L&S can't do what they do with out their agents. That is why they treat every agent like a family member and do their best to help the agents find their career path and keep them motivated for success. I have never worked for a company more caring about my personal goals and successes than L&S does.
