great fries, faster service than normal for a 5 guys

My husband and I eat their maybe 3 times a month. We love the fries the hamburgers are gd to I would like to see halfsmokes also

Fast service, great burgers! And the fries are absolutely awesome.

On who they are laughing about when they say we have the best french Fries (salty and full of oil) or better saunuch ( not tasty ) Do they think that the people does not know how to distinguish good food from bad food

I order them all the time on UberEats, it's great. Gotta try the Bacon Dog it's not talked about enough.

I walk in after placing my order online. The ASAP order is fast to come out and the nice lady behind the counter knows I'm there for it. Fast service with a smile and the food was excellent. An easy fast option for your burger fix.

First time here. Over-rated is all I can say. One star for the size of the burger, the other is for ok service. Taste was BASURA!

Five Guys never disappoints with juicy fresh burgers and near unlimited toppings. Best of all, the fries are always served piping hot and fresh in massive amounts, with the source of the potatoes proudly displayed daily. The free peanuts while you wait are always nice too!

I placed a order for my employees. One burger came back not as ordered. Alexandria G the manager was was easy to work with and was apologetic in regards to this miscommunication.Good Customer Service will return as always!

My hamburger and fries were delicious. The place was clean.

Came in and staff was friendly, after placing order thou the dinning area was filthy, most all tables have not been clean and no one seemed to care. I personally cleaned a table before we could sit down.
Windows were egually dirty thou you don't sit or eat off those.
Big miss, won't come back.

One of the best fast food burger chains, Five Guys has great burgers and fries. It's what they do! Just shy of gourmet, their burgers satisfy, and they give you a generous serving of fries.

The location near courthouse metro on Wilson Blvd is clean, fast and friendly. They can be crowded at lunchtime and after work, but they move through the lines quickly.

Decent burger, good bacon, very tasty fries. Solid fast food.

1 star because I didn't get a chance to place an order and will never step foot in this location again to try. I walked out less than a minute after arriving due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I walked in, there was a young lady behind the register drinking and spilling a soda while speaking to another employee that was obviously getting off of work. I was under the impression that the co-worker was placing an order because of the fact that she was standing where a customer would, in front of the register. Moments later I realized they were simply carrying on a meaningless conversation. I stood behind her.

When they were done with their conversation, the young lady behind the register made eye contact with me and walked away without saying a word. I don't know if she was getting off too, if she went to the bathroom or if she had to go get something because I immediately felt UNIMPORTANT and walked out of the store. I ended up going to Papa John's only two blocks away where I was greeted upon arrival and treated like my hard-earned money was going to be appreciated for being spent in their establishment. A simple, "I'll be right with you." would have made all the difference between a new regular and a one star review but I don't think she CARES about the quality of her work, she's there for the check and that's all. Plus, what's just one unhappy "would have been" customer right?

Best burgers. Just like a good old fashioned burger where the focus is on what s in between the buns. Nice soft bun. Who cares about a big hunk of dry bun it s the meat, cheese and all the fixings that makes a burger!!

Amazing fries, but the wait isn't cool, but totally worth it.

As a lifelong vegetarian, this is still one of my favourite restaurants.

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I got to say the service is always excellent and they keep the spot well kept at all times. Pricing is fair and they serve sizeable portions.

Went for the shakes only to find out this location doesn t have any shakes. Just ended up getting the fries which were good. Customer service is good too. Girls are very friendly

I got a bacon burger with quite a few things and regular fries and kinda miss the time where they would fill up the bag full of fries but hey I guess it wasn t as great for them and I can t blame them. Took me about 8 minutes to get food which isn t blazing fast but definitely fast enough to be fast food. I was greeted well and had no issues with my order so keep up the good work!

How do you mess up Five Guys? Still missing the one on King Street in Alexandria. This one is just not on par. Dry burger? My 15 year old has authorized this review.

Tasty burgers and friendly staff, but occasional sluggish service. I've eaten here a few times and it's a convenient meal that does not disappoint.

I usually love five guys. But the people that work here are just not good, they look miserable and are not accommodating. It was a turn off. The food was good as usual, fries a little blant but nothing too bad.

Great quick and delicious burgers at an affordable price. They are always perfectly cooked and juicy. The fries are perfectly crispy and are a great bang for you buck. Definitely make sure to check out this great burger joint.

Very Good burger. Fries too salty.
Constant yelling in Farsi or similar language.
Outrageous HEAT in dining area - Clearly, they refuse to furnish air conditioning for their clientele.
Poor kitchen ventilation, to the extent that if you eat on premises, you need to take another shower -and- launder your clothes.
At the prices they are charging, it is Unacceptable.

It was very good. The place is clean and the kitchen was clean too as far as I could see. The employees were very nice and do there job fast. No complain at all at this location.

Best burger around! Double patty cheeseburger with just about any topping you could ask for. Then they make fresh boardwalk-style fries. Great! I prefer the spicy fries myself.

Food is great ... the fries are cooked in peanut oil which are really good but they can't be good for you. The service is hit and miss.. 2.60 for a pop .....really? ????

The potato portions are large. They have vegetarian sandwich option but it would be nice to have Vegan option too.

This is a really clean Five Guys. Burgers aren't so juicy that the bun gets soggy like some places. Fancy Diet Coke machine, so I can get my fix on. Fries are crispy, which not all Five Gus are. This is my burger goto.

Five Guys is a perennial reliable amidst the wave of franchises that have brought the hamburger into an upscale revival during the last two decades. The quality is still all there, and their practice of loading your burger with condiments at no extra charge is nice. Still, two burgers, a medium fry and one carbonated beverage will tote up to $25.00.

The reason for my docking Five Guys a star has to do with my request for grilled onions on the burger. What the cook apparently did was to take some raw, chopped onions and throw them briefly on the grill. This is not my idea of grilled onions (and I dislike raw onion). Grilled onions should be strips of onion that have been put on the grill with a little butter or oil and cooked until browned. With the emphasis on "fresh," Five Guys is reluctant to have a little bit of this set aside, perhaps because there aren't many requests for it. If that's the case, either drop it from your condiments, or instruct the guys on the griddle to take more time with them.

Five Guys is a Coke establishment, and I'd give the drink about a "B" in balance between carbonated water and syrup. A little more careful attention to this would be a plus!

I visited the very first Five Guys, which was located in a small strip of shops at the corner of Glebe Rd. and Columbia Pike in Arlington, Virginia. Still remember it going in there... .

Food was good but there is a man working in there that's too loud.

Yum! These burgers are wonderful. Customizable to your hearts content. The toppings are all free however don't go too wild..You'll end up with a burger SALAD which is less desirable.

Pro-tip: the regular burger has 2 patties. They have a Little Burger has 1. Also, the fry servings are enormous (the Little is a large in most fast food chains).

Classic five guys. Clean toilets. Parking is not available and that makes it worse, prefer five guys with proper parking so that you don't have to run or circle to find parking. They don't have so many customers so they are not buys but they are very slow since they work usually with 2 people

Fantastic food, very welcoming staff members, constantly excellent character. They charge convenient prices and the food quality is good. Keep it up.

Changed management and now it's just average. Staff isn't nearly as eager to serve and the burgers seem less seasoned and take a lot longer.
