Mike was great to deal with. We had a slight issue , thought it was an internal error but Mike did some digging and he got me taken care of. We are humans and we make mistakes, its fixable and at the end of the day , Im hauling a load for them that puts me in position for my next load that will get me out west.
Thank you Fitzmark and thank you Mike. Keep up the good work.

I have used Fitzmark regularly over the last 2-3 years. I have always had the best level of service from them. Over the weekend I had an emergency shipment come up that had to go out. Of all my logistics contacts, only one answered the call on a Saturday morning. Stephen and Jake were up to the task and came through in a big way. They set up the last minute shipment and followed it from pick up through delivery providing updates along the way. I appreciate their efforts (especially on their weekend off) helping us move the emergency freight.

Booked a load with Micah from Fitzmark early Tuesd...

Booked a load with Micah from Fitzmark early Tuesday morning (my driver was empty at 0730 am with full days of hrs) going to Emporia, VA, hadn't received a rate confirmation, so I email him asking about it. His reply was he was working on getting our company set up with their corporate office. At 1:12 pm I received the attached email. Needless to say, I have email him each and everyday since attempting to get the truck Ordered Not Used rate confirmation out of him.....with no luck. Later in the afternoon I got another load out of his colleague, but it still doesn't change the fact that Micah owes us a truck ordered not used for the Emporia, VA.....................Run while you have the chance UPDATE: Finally paid our truck ordered on used on September 3, 2019

Mike and Trevor were incredible to deal as we navigated a very tricky potential OS&D scenario. They worked tirelessly with us over the course of two days to get the customer to take the product after we were able to provide downloads. Carriers, these are the kind of 3rd party partners you want to deal with. This was our first load with them and they couldn't have made a better first impression.

Won't pay detention unless "customer approves". Of course, I don't have an agreement with their customer. I have a signed agreement with Fitzmark so idk what that has to do with anything. AKA they get to pay detention only if they feel like it. Be prepared to sit for free.

Fitzmark was easy to work with, acted as a partner...

Fitzmark was easy to work with, acted as a partner to the carrier, quick and professional. Not all brokers act as a partner, we will definitely do business with Fitzmark in the future, especially Marks team in pod 9! Travis- President Xtreme Trucking

LIERS, AND SCAMMERS. WILL NOT PAY DETENTION WHATSOEVER. EVEN IF IT MEANS 15+ HOURS. SAVE YOURSELF AND BOOK A CHEAPER LOAD, BUT DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. JUST LOOK AT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. DO NOT BOOK A LOAD WITH COLE CHATHAM!

We have a signed rate confirmation on a load we booked through Fitzmark. We picked up and delivered on the contracted dates. When we received payment, they short-paid the invoice $300 and said it was due to us calling the customer and rescheduling the pickup appointment without notifying the brokers. We told them when we booked the load that we couldn't be there until early afternoon. When the rate con showed up it showed an 8:00 AM appointment time. They provided the number to the customer so I called and confirmed our actual arrival time of 1:30 PM. I then called Chris Langford and informed him of what we did and he said, thanks everything was good. No mention of a rate reduction in the contract or confirmation if we contacted the customer directly. After reading other reviews I see this is a pattern for them with many complaints surrounding this same issue. Shame on me for not doing more to investigate brokers I do business with.

Where do i even begin? My friend was waiting all night at the dock and he had no detention none at all. He is very friendly and polite, and a softie. Due to this mess he is unable to drive today maybe not even until tomorrow because he is so stressed. He needs to get paid so that he would calm down
