Huge place with connecting hotels and conference center. Lots of free parking, clean, good conference facilities and good food provided for conferences. I did not stay in the hotel but it seems pretty classy.
Very nice conference center. Everything was laid out very well and an immaculate hotel from what I saw. I spoke to the receptionist for some help and she was extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very nice and the people at the front desk were extremely helpful. The fitness center is a little difficult to find though, but other than that it is a wonderful hotel.

Nothing great relative to room prices.....most front desk staff are pretty brusque with any request. If you go in here thinking of Crowne Plazas globally you will be disappointed.

Beware of events before booking here. Accounting department takes extra fees from your credit card without disclosing why they did it.
$50 "damage fee" in the event there are any damages to a ballroom after an event...not disclosed to clients beforehand. If there are no damages, have to fight to get the credit back on credit card.
Management not available on weekend if there's an issue.
Seems accounting dept "double dips" without a client's knowledge till afterwards.
nice hotel, I've stayed in about a dozen CP the last 12 months. This one seems to be great for high reward tiers with closer parking and their version of the ihg honors that's available in other cp, but nothing special for the routine traveler except a long walk in the snow to the parking space.

Contrary to many reviews here, ours wasn't any great. We went during the labor day weekend and for a group of three, included me and a couple, they gave a single bed to share. Night staff said they'd have a room with double beds in the morning and to our surprise morning staff said there aren't any for all three days. When asked for a extra cot, they said they dint have any. So in short, a hotel that big had no rooms with two beds or a extra cot. 3 star only because they kept the room service good.
The audio visual crew that I worked with was phenomenal and knowledgeable.

I can t review on their hotel but only their customer service. My husband and I finally have been able to take a vacation and we were headed to Washington DC with an overnight stay in NJ. As our luck would have it, we noticed our tire pressure light come on and pulled over to quickly find one very large nail embedded in the back. At this point we are in CT on a Sunday night with only the little donut to drive on. We called the booking company who called the hotel and asked if they could refund the money so we could rebook in CT as we could make it there or home. Their response to the request was we can t we already charged the card As I understand their may be people who take advantage of stuff we aren t, we strictly couldn t make it the 100miles to the hotel. I am sure the hotel is wonderful, but their customer service needs some rethinking.
The booking company called the hotel on my behalf asking them to honor the cancellation and they refused because it was paid for. Thankfully Hotwire was so incredible with their customer service and truly did try to help out with this unfortunate situation.
Guest services was great, the bed was not as satisfactory as I would have liked.

Hotel was clean, conference rooms were nice, and the food was amazing. Didn't stay in a room though, was just there for business meetings for the day.
If you come here, remember to bring your own bed if you have more than 2. At the time of reservation, I specifically ask for a rollaway since only 1 King rooms are available and was told to call the hotel directly. I was also told to ask if the hotel can switch me over to a two queen room or put on a wait list. I did and they put in some notes and told me to ask for it again when I check in. I ended up with two reservations booking King room 1st night and two Queens 2nd.
At the time of check-in, the front desk personnel was giving me an attitude already and told me they don't have any. His look told me he couldn't be bothered. Mind you this is 12 pm and the room isn't ready so we were waiting anyway so I figure they'll do it on 1st come 1st serve. We left for our activities and came back at 5pm. I called two more times about our room before we came back. To my surprise, the person on the phone didn't know we put in a request and told me they've given out their last rollaway. After some complaining, we ended buying an airbed at a Walmart nearby since we'll be there for a couple of nights.
The facility is nice and we had a good time at the pool but for a large hotel like this not having enough rollaway is troubling (I see other review here complaining the same). The on duty manager did apologize and offered access to lounge along with changing our room the following day. It is appreciated but wouldn't have heen necessary if the request was made properly. I give it 3 stars for the manager's effort and her friendly attitude as opposed to the person helping us originally.
We'll probably go somewhere else next time.

Very good, a little away from everything but if you have to move around the area is very good, has GYM, pool, tennis courts, squash, etc and a great space for sports .... also has a tennis academy .. .. a bar with HH and space for conventions.

This has to be the best hotels I've seen in this area. The rooms were very very nice and clean the staff was very friendly. Looks like they were following all the covid-19 rules to keep us safe. Lots to do in the area and very safe. Keep up the good work I enjoyed my stay hope to be back soon five stars all the way thank you.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVER STAY HERE. EVER. I quickly realized why this place had such inexplicably cheap rooms. I'm going to list my experiences in reverse. I'm doing this so that the most extreme reaction I resorted to just may scare a potential visitor to what is called a 4 star hotel. After I checked out i attempted to contact corporate regarding the childish nature of management, and beg then for a single nights stay where I was not barged in on, walls banged on, and staff being ordered to barge into my room claiming my checkout had been 8 hours ago(mind you I had prepaid for additional two days when they done that). I called their bluff and no further action was taken. However, in the morning the cleaning lady called the police be cause my room was cold and apparently she though I was deceased....really?!?!?! This was ridiculous in it's own right because i had just switched rooms due to the man in the room next me banging on the walls all night. He had kept me up until daylight so when they came to clean i was sleeping very deep. I awoke to police and paramedics illegally going though my stuff out of my view which they immediately stopped when I woke up and left. Check my vitals maybe???? The hotel messed with me the entire 5 days i was there. I will never recommend and will do anything I can to ensure people down stay here. I have never recieved a call back or email to this day. They are a pathetic excuse for a hotel and their management acts like children. When I attempted to speak with these people face to face they made sure to be scare every single time. Very sad excuse for a hotel. The management team is even a more sad excuse for a group. Please dont stay. You have about a 30 percent chance of your stay being somewhat decent. Otherwise good lucl

Zero stars- bed bugs - my poor friend found them 3 days into her stay. The hotel was not helpful at all and gave the impression they could careless. Nor do they even know how to check - I had to tell them. Gross. And when you google the hotel name, the first thing that comes up is bed bugs. Ongoing issue that they have yet to resolve.
While I do appreciate your response, and my room was not effected, I am taking precautions and incurring the expense to dry clean my clothes.
You have 2 sides and 5 floors of rooms there. Checking 3 floors probably isn t enough. And Oct 11 is 11 days prior to us being there- a lot can change in 11 days so do not tell me there were no bugs, There were multiple people in our group who had them and I PERSONALLY saw hers with my own eyes.
Your staff does not know how to look for them, this was evident when they asked us to show them. By totally ripping apart her room they have just scattered them everywhere, you will never rectify the problem that way.
Word of advice, you find them in the dark with a flashlight! They scatter and hide when there is light.
I will never stay at your hotel again, as this is an ongoing issue with you since 2014 per a google search and your staff lacks empathy and compassion.
Any exterminator will tell you it takes A VERY LONG time and extensive cleaning to get rid of them.

Well, all I did was sleep, but the room was great. Even the pillows were comfortable. And wow - a full walk-in shower. Nice.

Nice hotel, attending conference at adjoining conference center. As usual meeting rooms are cold, but that is common. I'm Spire Elite and didn't get an upgraded room or concierge level, but I will give that a pass this time as meeting planners wouldn't necessarily have known that. Food is ok, but not a lot of options in the bar area.

The staff is always very welcoming, I had the pleasure of checking in with Sonja who was pleasant, helpful and she was very knowledgeable about the facilities. Also, Emanuel was very helpful. There is a full restaurant and bar thats open and available for take out and dine in. The rooms are spacious and clean and I definitely recommend.
Rooms are great, and clean. Kitchen needs significant improvements. How can a restaurant mess up a tomato soup? Or how is it possible to have onion pieces dropped in to ice cream? Stay there but forget about eating there.

The only positive thing about our stay Was the friendly front desk staff. Our first room had mold around the window underneath the peeling wall paper. The smell of mold literally hit you when you walked in the room. The bathrooms are so small you can hardly close the door And forget two people being in there at the same time. If you are looking forward to breakfast.. don t. It is literally the front desk staff putting three items in a paper sack much like what they give away for school lunches. I wish I would have spent more time reading reviews because this hotel was a joke.

I ve been here to attend meetings and the space is massive. A little annoying how spread out it is, but I assume it gets utilized.
One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at in this price range. Clean and comfortable. Had a gym with racket ball court, a pool, and a restaurant/ bar. I recommend.
I've been staying here for the last couple days. The staff is incredibly nice. The whole team of the hotel makes sure you are most comfortable. The room is spacious with a big window showing the beautiful woods. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spotless. I felt very safe staying here during the pandemic, since the place follows instruction carefully, but still I felt I'm in a lovely vacation thanks to the location. surrounded by a lake and trees, In the morning I walked daily in the forest and saw deer running around. The food is excellent and again I must say the staff is hard working and makes sure you feel wonderful.
I've been here for conferences and the hotel and venue are excellent. Everything is so well organized, clean, and with friendly staff.

OMG. this place was awesome. They had racquetball 24/7 and the bar was open til midnight which was great. Also the gym had tons of running machines that I ran on until cute girls came in and got self conscious and quickly left. 11/10
I had an amazing stay. The bartender Mike was awesome. super attentive and never stopped moving. The rooms were spotless and the front desk staff was super helpful. no one seemed bothered or inconvenienced it made my stay so peaceful. will DEFINITELY come back.
Nice isolated location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The pool is great place for kids. Have lots of amenities; staff is extremely friendly. There a nearby Plaza with lots of places to shop and eat.

Overall, it was a fine experience. The location for the poster presentations were very nice. The only complaint is that the screens for the oral presentations were very small.
Rooms are nice as well as the gym and pool. The bar is lively and the pool tables are a nice touch.
Spent one night here and really liked the front desk staff. The room was large, clean and perfect. I got in late and room service was ending but they went above and made me an awesome burger.

I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel I stayed for Valentine s Day and had a couple of fake rose petals left at the room they charge me $100 cleaning fee I had a party there about a month ago graffiti everywhere was not charged A lot of people money on Valentine s Day that did not appreciate The extra cleaning fee

Front desk receptionist was very polite and extremely helpful. Staff was nice, hotel room was spotless, and everything was perfect for the night. I will definitely go back (and maybe try to sneak the bed out of the hotel)
