The massage staff is very qualified for the price they charge. $65 + tax for non members. I love it. If there was a down side, it would be that you can sometimes hear conversations outside the room.

Great club. Lots of space and a wide variety of equipment. Plenty of options for cardio and strength training. Everything is clean and well maintained.
Fitness Crossroad has it all! I have been a member for 5+ years and love their sense of community and the wide variety of fitness classes they have to offer. The bonus for me is that I never have to wait for a machine or struggle to find parking ... the complimentary towels are nice too! :-)
this is an outstanding gym with good staff, outstanding group classes, excellent childcare staff and programming. Everyone genuinely gets it here -- a real fitness community in the middle of the city.
My husband and I joined one month ago, and we're so glad we did. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but not at all pushy. The gym is always clean, and never too busy that you can't find a machine. It has a good neighborhood feel to it, with people of all different ages and sizes who work out there. It is not intimidating like many gyms can be. I like all of the group fitness class options, the steam room, and nice clean showers with towel service. With all of this, I look forward to going to the gym, and would highly recommend it if you're wanting to stay in shape this winter.
If you are looking for a gym for group fitness classes this is NOT the gym for you. Frequently cancelled classes with no explanation, notice or apology; front desk staff was even completely unaware of the status of their classes. Staff is unwilling to go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service.
Fun place to get a good workout. I like the variety of the workouts - never boring. Trainers are awesome and I love the group that I work out with. They are so much fun.
I've been a member of this gym for many years, and it's an excellent independent gym. There's a lot of classes, very experienced trainers with long tenure, and very good children's programs with good childcare. I recommend this gym to everyone.
The friendly staff, clean equipment, and fun spin classes offer a great break to my lunch hour. They know just about every member by name and not just a number. I highly recommend this club!
I've been a member at several different gyms over the years and this is hands down the best to meet the needs of my family and my exercise goals. The staff is super friendly, the gym goers are all ages and abilities. They've got a good variety of classes available as well as machines, trainers and free weights. Free towels, nice showers and it's clean! The childcare here is far above LA or even the Y. If you have little ones, this is the place to be for care you can trust. I only wish the gym was bigger, but they use their space well.
After moving to NE Minneapolis, my previous gym was no longer practical. I had gotten a few recommendation to Fitness Crossroads through neighbors and clients, so I decided to check it out. It's been about one month into my membership, and I love it! Affordable, friendly staff, good equipment, never super crowded and it's a short walk from where I work!
I like to go late mornings or mid-day for smallest crowd - also late in the day on weekends. They have a good variety of equipment. I like it. Edit: Fitness Crossroad is the first gym I ever belonged to. After moving to a new area and seeing other gyms, I'm raising my rating from 4 to 5.
Great locally owned, neighborhood gym in the Northeast! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They have done some great work during Covid to get things set up safely.
This gym is better equipped than the national chains to which I belong! Plus it isn t crowded! You can train without having to wait for popular equipment to open up!
The coaches are superb, professional, supportive and responsive. They are able to create communities of athletes. The facility is evolving, and is great for ninja training
