Long-time Fitchicker here. Just wanted to say this exercise program has been my default boot camp program for many years. The vibe is always positive from the instructor and other ladies who come to class. Love the single and team workouts. And yes you can go at your own pace which I would encourage first timers to do for sure! If you are a veteran and looking for a challenge, the instructors know how to ramp up the workout for you.
Price of the program is competitive and flexible (e.g. if you only want to go 1x a week instead of 2) and you can hire a personal trainer outside of class too. Loved it! And of course the results from sticking with the program is worth it.
I like that Fitchicks values its customers and doesn't pressure you if you can't come in to class for a while but is always there for you and always welcomes you back like a good friend would do.

I've been attending the Etobicoke Fit Chicks location for the past 3 years. I was hesitant at first but have found it to be a fun and challenging way to exercise. Every session is a different experience and I go away at the end of each session feeling invigorated. The women who attend range in age from their 20s to late 50s. No one judges and we encourage each other to push harder. I find the classes give me more energy and have definitely made me healthier. I would recommend giving Fit Chicks a try - you may find you like it.
I've been going to the Etobicoke Fit Chicks location for about 4 years. A fun and challenging way to exercise and to meet great woman! Every class is different and pushes you to see how far you can push yourself. There is no judging of others, but just encouragement. It's great for new mom's!
