Food, service, atmosphere, and value all rated well below my expectations.

This place is great. It's what a classy a restaurant was 40 years ago and there's something wonderful about that. Beautiful spot, comforting food, and pretty good value. It's too bad I drove past it a hundred times before finally stopping in.

We had a great time here tonight. Definitely good value! Even the 'small' meals are a good size

Love coming here for sunset, beautiful views of the ocean, really cheap drinks and a salad boat with your main meal. Great place to stop when the traffic is bad coming back along the kapiti coast on the way into wellington. I would highly recommend!

Awesome service, quick, consistent with the quality of their food. Just as good as they were 20 years ago. Highly recommend. Brilliant view included.

Meal was okay. Decor is needing updating. Price wise you do get value for money. Staff very friendly with plenty of smiles.

Love the salad boat, can eat as much as I like of the foods I am allowed on my special diet. Makes up for not being able to eat the chips or croquets. Great pricing too.

Good service. Lovely food. Nice outlook. Thanks to the staff, especially the back of the kitchen staff. Without you the place would grind to a halt.

Recently made my first visit to this place, having passed it often. In future I'll be happy to keep passing. If you like fried food, this is the place for you. Everything is fried or deep fried and is mostly swimming in oil. Thankfully the salad bar was operational, and salad is very hard to fry. Service was slow and inconsistent. Yes it was busy, but that's not my problem!
