Reported fire ants in our garden, was originally told they will come out tomorrow to inspect, phoned back and was then told up to 10 days, phoned back to complain that 10 days was to long and was informed up to 21 days before someone will come an look at it. I thought fire ants were a problem, obviously not to the Dept of Agriculture and Fisheries
I enquired about dumping soil and fire ant legislation. My enquiry was answered there and then over the phone and my problem was solved along with an email of the correct legislation... Well done D.A.F
Sent them an email 4 weeks ago wanting to check some legal queries. Still haven't heard back. I hate that Government Department automatically = atrocious customer service or wait times.
