Very good hotel within walking distance to some of the main attractions. They have a shuttle bus three times a day to a shopping mall, a department store and the river. The shopping mall is very popular at 7pm as nearby is the night market so you need to book way in advance for that time and place. Everybody working there is very friendly and helpful. For me is a 5 star service also because we arrived earlier and they had already the room available. They also extended the check out a bit longer as we had a night flight.
You can reach the hotel easily by bus from the airport. However the buses stop running around 6pm so after that you need a taxi (around 20 Brunei dollars in the day and 25 in the eve) or with a local mobile application used by locals and way cheaper. Is a pity the hotel doesn t have a shuttle service to the airport.
The swimming pool is ok, there is not much shade during the day though. Breakfast buffet is excellent!

Radission Hotel is very pleasant and comfortable .I been there during my isolation period of covid19 . Staff were kind hearted , good communication, warm welcomed , great customer care service , got experienced variety of cuisine were delicious really enjoyed it , Bedroom and washing rooms are neat and tidy , well maintained environment . Definitely I would like to recommend peoples must come to visit here. .Thank you

Spent 14 days in quarantine in this hotel. Very nice and ample room, super clean when I arrived. Extra bed linen and towels were available in the room, and more of those plus garbage bags were supplied from reception on request. Boiler with supply of coffee and tea. Monkeys were playing in the jungle just in front of the hotel and visible from my window. Would surely come back to the same hotel as a tourist next time.

Always my favourite hotel when in Bandar Seri Begawan. Very warm and friendly frontline staff all the time. Food is also pretty decent.

Lived there for a year during the covid pandamic. Obviously service and facilities were impacted and at times I felt like the only customer. Despite that, clearly one of the top hotels in Brunei. And when you stay somewhere for a year, you'll experience all sorts of smaller problems. Regardless, next time I go back, I'll stay at the Radisson Hotel again.

Nice food... Comfortable room... Near to attractions places

The stay at the radisson is good. Except the restaurant which charges you for additional coffee or juice at breakfast. Breakfast should be included the room rates

Was quarantined here and the food served was atrocious. Most of the time repeat menus and cold food.
