I bought this zinger three months ago NOW it sits unused can't get the correct part from the company's and wont
DONT GET ONE ITS NO GOOD . Have tried a lot of times with no result
Keeps getting the RUNDAROUND.
I USED MY STAINLESS CHECK TO BY IT it's worth 1$yes $1.00 if even that
LIKE I SAID DO GO NEAR ONE AS YOUR WASTING YOUR MONEY

1/7/2019 I have tried for 3 days to place an order with firstStreet. First try online and gave all my information including my credit card. after" place your order" it came up please check your name information ...I checked and placed again...it came back credit card info invalid...I cancelled the order and thought I would try again later....Did and again same thing..call if you need help...hold.......went through this 3-4 times. once had the person who took the call hang up. tried again today ... online same story...called and hold.....then give your number someone will call you....never happened. it is impossible to place an order with first Street . JUST FYI

I work and shop here! I love my job. I get to help seniors regain their mobility every single day while selling an amazing product - the Zinger chair! I have also purchased quite a few items here for my own parents and grandparents! Our quality is outstanding and First Street truly goes above and beyond for their customers!!

I wish I could say nice things about the new "Firs...

I wish I could say nice things about the new "First Street", which is Journey Lifestyles but it seems when they changed the name, their old customer service went with the old name. You may buy the chair, which is great, at least mine is after 2-1/2 years, needing to replace the controller 3 times, but trying to get that controller takes an act of congress, and you know how that is. PEOPLE DO NOT CARE here anymore. I tried to get one, overnight and 2 weeks later, I still have not received it. Never been sent out. Customer service should go to work for congress. They'd fit right in.

I ordered this "Zinger" for my husband who has MS....

I ordered this "Zinger" for my husband who has MS. Turns on a dime it said. Light, easy to handle they said. Well. I got the Zinger after paying $2400.00 , which is alot for us. First, it is very heavy, it DOES NOT turn on a dime. As a matter of fact, it took alot to turn in our space. Read the booklet. You HAVE to keep the box, FOREVER. If you dont, and something goes wrong, they will NOT except it. And it is a huge box. And, you only have 14 days to send it back if you dont like it. Then, I told them I was paying for shipping, but they took it out of my refund. They also charge $100.00 to ship it when it only cost $59 and change. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. NOT WORTH $2500.00. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My Zinger chair is awesome.
Yet, the left rear tire is defective and loses pressure.
I reported this to them and customer service said that I needed to remove the tire and put it on soapy water to find the leak. They also suggested that I might tighten the tire valve stem.
Finally, they wanted me to buy a new tire at $18.
Why?
4 months.
I hadn't used their chair for 4 months so I was compliant with their weight restrictions.
Why will First Street not fix their defective unit?
Why do I, as consumer, need to do diagnosis and pay for defective repair?
Other than First Street's total unacceptable of THEIR defect, the Zinger is amazing.
I love the Zinger. I really dislike First Street's total lack of professionalism and care.
I want a fixed tire.
It is a hassle to stop at a gas station every time I use the Zinger to get the tire inflated.
What ethic is this?
